WELCOME to our LUXURY villa, which is located within the prestigious gated community of TUSCAN HILLS, beautifully landscaped and idealy located.
Our LUXURIOUS villa has two master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.
There is a large extended decking surrounding our pool and spa with ample comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful Floridian SUNSHINE!

Our villa is very well equipped with everything you should need for a really enjoyable family holiday.
Each of the master bedrooms are equipped with Tv's.
The main master has a KING sized bed with a seperate bath and walkin shower.
The second master has a queen bed with bath and shower.
The two twin rooms, which share a further bathroom. These both has TV's one in a DISNEY theme room with a DVD player and DVD's, the other room with a TV and playstation 2 and games.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a laundry area with washer/dryer.
All towels and linen are provided too.
Also available within the villa is FREE use of a highchair and cot with bedding.
Again not forget our large outside decking area, which has ample room for everyone to lazy around on those glorious Floridian days, soaking up the sun and just relaxing, then taking a dip in the refreshing waters of our beautiful pool and relaxing spa, particularly benificial and appreciated after a busy day out at the theme parks.

Our villa is situated on TUSCAN HILLS a beautifully gated community situated in Davenport on the US 27, just a few minutes from the intersection with the US 192.

The I4 can easily be reached and provides direct access to Southwest Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando, the theme parks, International Drive and the Airports.

Located just half a mile from TUSCAN HILLS you will find a Publix supermarket, Mia Pizza and internet cafe, also there will be a couple of banks.

Alternatively a further few miles past the US 192 junction is a Super Wal-mart and a garage.

There are a whole host of attraction, including DISNEY, UNIVERSAL, SEAWORLD, DICOVERY COVE, MANY WATER PARKS, (to name just a few) within east reach. Also there are over 20 Golf courses for every level of player, including Southern Dunes and the Greg Norman designed course at Champions Gate.

As for eating, there is a vast choice, you will not need to drive to far to find something tasty to satify you.

There are many Malls within the area with the new Posner Centre Mall due to open at the exit of the I4 with the US 27.
