We had 7 people travelling altogether, so this home was perfect. The master bedroom with the attached bathroom worked great for my sister and her boyfriend and the living room was on this side. The other bedrooms and the second bath was on the opposite side of the home and was ample space for my family of 5 to be altogether, the second sitting area was over on our side. The home was centrally located to all parks with a quick drive to the I4 and in about 20 mins you were at any of the parks, give or take the traffic of course. The management company was great and answered all my questions, and they are only 2 mins away if needed. The pool was wonderful, loved having the heat as it was one of the colder weeks when we were there. Having a washer and dryer was perfect. The area was great, having a grocery store about 3 mins away, restaurants (Chili's, MacDonald) 3 mins made it very convienent for those long days at the parks. Having 2 sitting rooms with TV's with cable, worked great for everyone. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking at vacationing in Florida. The owner Wendy, answered all my questions and the home is exactly what the website states. I will book with them again the next time I am in Florida, although my husband says we are going to Jamaica next. Great Vacation Home!

Staying here was absolutely fabulous! We have two small children and they greatly enjoyed spending time in the large, private pool. On top of that, we were literally just minutes away from Downtown Disney which meant we could experience some Disney magic without having to spend a lot of extra money. The house is very spacious and is stocked very well with dishes and cooking utensils. We saved so much money being able to make our own meals! Very relaxing, great location, and did I mention the pool! That was such a great part of the experience! Thanks for a wonderful time!

This home is everything you would wish for in a rental. There were plenty of things to keep my kids occupied; play kitchen set, puzzles, dvd's, PS2, etc. The neighborhood is nice. We even walked around the neighborhood and went to the playground. We will definitley book this place on our next Disney trip.

We rented the house for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much; I would like to recommend booking this house through Wendy and Tony as they are both very easy to work with, helpful and both lovely people. The house itself was fantastic it is spacious, clean with everything you could need. We are already planning to go back next year and will be renting this house again, the pool area was great with a large pool, 9 of us went with 5 kids between us and they loved the pool and was in there all the time when we wasn’t at the parks and there was plenty of room in the pool for us all to play games.There is a washer and dryer which is always helpfull when you have kids because you dont have to take many clothes, a basketball net and a bbq. We are thrilled that we got to know Wendy and Tony because I think, (no) I know this will become our holiday home for many years to come.

1st I want to say that working with Wendy was a great ! She is a wonderful lady. We also want to let everyone know that working with sunsplash was wonderful, they all trated us great and very helpful. We will rent again! I want everyone to know that we had a great time, and our hotel days have ended as of this trip. Haveing the house to come home to after a long day at Disney was wonderful! It was so nice to have a space of your own from the kids. We have 4 boys and we enjoyed having a place to get them to bed and letting them recharge. While we watched the news, or just sitting by the pool. Every mom and Dad need alone vaction time too, and renting this house gave us that. Thank you all for giving us a great and wonderful vaction, One we will never forget!!! Anyone one planning a vaction , Should look into renting a home. We Were Absolutely Delighted With This Home. It Is Extremely Spacious, Wonderful Facilities Especially For The Children, And A Great Location With Easy Access To The Theme Parks. The Homeowners Are Extremely Helpful And We Will Definately Return Again. Brilliant!!!
