The balance is then due 12 weeks prior to arrival. Please note payment by c.c. may incur a 3% handling charge. A $200 security deposit is put on 'hold' on a c.c. Should the property and contents be exactly the same on your departure as it was on your arrival, no further costs will be incurred. Any damage will be taken from the security deposit.
   
• Other Fees: Pool heating $150 per week. Minimum of 5 nights. Stays of 3 days or less, $75 for clean. Welcome packs can be purchased from $40 and will be in the villa on your arrival. Booking form, conditions and confirmation invoice will be sent on receipt of deposit. Our home is fully licenced.

 Best holiday we have ever had!!!, May 8, 2008

We rented the house for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much; I would like to recommend booking this house through Wendy and Tony as they are both very easy to work with, helpful and both lovely people. The house itself was fantastic it is spacious, clean with everything you could need. We are already planning to go back next year and will be renting this house again, the pool area was great with a large pool, 9 of us went with 5 kids between us and they loved the pool and was in there all the time when we wasn’t at the parks and there was plenty of room in the pool for us all to play games.There is a washer and dryer which is always helpfull when you have kids because you dont have to take many clothes, a basketball net and a bbq. We are thrilled that we got to know Wendy and Tony because I think, (no) I know this will become our holiday home for many years to come.

1st I want to say that working with Wendy was a great ! She is a wonderful lady. We also want to let everyone know that working with sunsplash was wonderful, they all trated us great and very helpful. We will rent again! I want everyone to know that we had a great time, and our hotel days have ended as of this trip. Haveing the house to come home to after a long day at Disney was wonderful! It was so nice to have a space of your own from the kids. We have 4 boys and we enjoyed having a place to get them to bed and letting them recharge. While we watched the news, or just sitting by the pool. Every mom and Dad need alone vaction time too, and renting this house gave us that. Thank you all for giving us a great and wonderful vaction, One we will never forget!!! Anyone one planning a vaction , Should look into renting a home.  Christmas Vacation, January 1, 2008

We had our Christmas vacation this year in Orlando and rented this house for the week. We had a great time! The house had everything we needed and more. If you are tired of hotels, this is a house for you. This house was a great place to relax after spending all day at the parks. Wendy and Tony are great to deal with and we will definitely rent from them again.

For the price charged I was amazed at the high standard of the house and the location. My family and I had an exceptional holiday, which was helped by the owner of the house who helped arrange for travel and visits to the nearby theme parks.
