Its been equipped with ALL THE LUXURIES AND CONVENIENCES that we prefer when we vacation, such as soft high thread count all-cotton sheets, cotton towels, PlayStation 2 with games to keep the kids (and the young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment, TV in every bedroom, Air-Conditioned game room, nursery w/crib & pack n play, extra-large pool area, WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET access, extended cable TV, FREE long-distance calls to US/Canada, etc!

Our house is stocked with detailed guidebooks and road maps, with travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area attractions, including: DISNEY WORLD, SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, GOLF - with over 80 courses catering to every skill level, duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Jack Nicklaus. Some of the area courses include: ChampionsGate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes, Southern Dunes - 16 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 26 minutes, FISHING - the Orlando area is famous for its lakes. Many fishing charter services are available. There is a list of local fishing charter companies available for your use.

Great house

We loved the house. The hot air balloon rides we saw every morning were a hit with the kids. The adults loved the hot tub for after the long days at the park. The owners were very nice and responded back quickly with any questions.

Superb Stay !

Excellent and well equipped self-catering accommodation. Family reunion gathering folk together from Canada, USA and England. Pool lovely, jacuzzi divine, games room great for the kids, lots of living space to spread out meant 14 of us never felt crowded. Easily accessible to attractions, Disney, Universal etc, and being on south-west of Orlando we were on that side to head over to Busch Gardens. We also loved watching the hot air balloons land most mornings, with misty views out the back door. Gorgeous! Wireless internet access was terrific and appreciated. Kids loved the fridge with the external door compartment that produced ice on demand !! All tastefully furnished, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

10/12/2008 - "We had a great stay at your villa. We had family from NH, NY, VT, UT and CA gather for a 90th birthday party. The amount of space throughout the home was great for gathering. The large screen TV was great for viewing decades of photo memories we had previosly scanned onto CD. The pool area was the highlight with many hours being spent in and around the pool. The pool deck was large enough for seating for at least 20 people! The house was an excellent place for our celebration. Thank you sharing your home with us."

It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed -even down to the pool toys and vests for the kids! Our family reunion was an absolute great time.
