Stunning newly refurbished villa with double vaulted ceilings in the living area, fully tiled downstairs including the two master bedrooms. The large pool with extended deck give all day sunshine from early morning till the evening. The games room has a full sized pool table, PS2 and there is cable TV/DVD or VCRS in every room. Located in the exclusive Hampton Lakes in a beautiful peaceful area yet only 12 minutes from Disney. Suits families, groups of friends and golfers. Make this you dream holiday.
Hampton Lakes is 12 minures from Disney with Seaword and Discovery Cove a further 10 minutes away. Ideally situated if you wish to travel further to Clearwater, Kennedy Space Centre or Miami. Wallmart is 5 minutes away and the 192 with it's many restuarants, shops and attractions is only 10 minutes away. The nearest golf course is just across the road 3 minutes away.

- Deposits: Deposit of 20% per booking payable on booking the villa.
Full payment should be made 10 weeks before departure.
- Other Fees: Security deposit $500 in form of credit card details or cheque taken by management company on arrival
Pool/Spa heat-$160/$130 if required
If stay less than 5 nights $95 charge for cleaning.
