Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

KITCHEN: Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, the kitchen comes with a Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave and Fridge/Freezer with ice and iced water. CD/radio, Toaster, Coffee machine and a blender. Plus all necessary kitchen utensils/dishes/pots and pans etc.
The breakfast table which looks out onto the pool area provides seating for 6 with additional bar stools around the breakfast bar.

LOUNGE: The front door takes you into the main lounge, this area is very large and spacious with a comfy seating area, comprising of two large settee ��s a coffee table, TV, and DVD to relax and enjoy your home entertainment after a busy day out.

DINNING ROOM: This formal dining area is open plan at the front of the house with easy access to the kitchen, has a beautiful dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy a nice meal or takeaway in comfort.

FAMILY ROOM: Comfy Quieter area with Sofa, TV, DVD and PS2, the sofa converts into a double bed for extra sleeping if required.

MASTER BEDROOM: Lovely large room with beautiful queen size bed, dresser with mirror, large walk in wardrobe, radio alarm and hairdryer. En suite comprising of a vanity unit with large mirror over, bath and shower and wc. The en suite has a door opening onto the pool.

BEDROOM 2: This is a double bedroom with a comfy Double bed with dresser with mirror over and built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3: This is a double room with comfy twin beds, 2 dressers with mirrors over and built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 4: This is a double room with comfy twin beds, 2 dressers with mirrors and built in wardrobe.

BATHROOM 2: Vanity unit with mirror over, shower and wc. Access door to pool.

UTILITY ROOM: Has a washing machine, dryer and ironing board and iron.

POOL: Lovely South facing, heated pool, with built in steps at one end and a seating area at the other. The pool has a gradual decline from 3ft to approx 6ft, is fully screened to keep out bugs, perfect for soaking up the sun and having a relaxing day at the villa, enjoying your own pool in complete privacy.
A patio table, parasol and chairs, including 2 cushioned sun lounges are provided for your comfort.

Area Description

Our Villa is set in Sunridge Woods, Davenport which offers a peaceful location that is only minutes from some of Orlando's biggest attractions;

15 minutes from Disney World and its attractions
30 minutes from Orlando Airport
60 minutes from Sanford Airport
The 192 highway with its shops and restaurants is only a short drive away.
For local grocery shopping, fresh bread etc. there is a large supermarket (Publix) only 5 minutes away in a mall which also includes shops such as Walgreens Pharmacy, TV video rentals, dry cleaners, hair dressers, beauty salon and food outlets including Chinese, French and Italian restaurants, Subway and McDonalds. There are also various Wal-mart shops around the location. Also nearby is the Florida Mall with host of favourite shops.

We were very excited to be staying in this home, unfortunately, when it came time to pay the bill in full, they sold the home. They did find alternate accommodations for us and return our deposit. I would consider renting from them again if they bought a new home.

The villa has EVERYTHING you need for a great holiday. The location is ideal for both the Disney parks and further south to Busch Gardens, and it's only a couple of minutes to a supermarket and a variety of eating places. The villa is clean and well equipped and the pool is fantastic. The welcome pack is an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend it.

This is a great home, an ideal vacation villa. Great location, very clean and spacious, and the private swimming pool was a big hit with the whole family! The owners thought about every details, which made everything go smoothly. We definitely enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.
