This luxury villa Is situated among 73 homes on this small but exclusive West Stonebridge development and is finished to the highest standards.
Our villa has a large south facing pool and spa with a extended pool deck, there is also a large shaded lanai/shaded area to take a break from the Florida sun. There are no rear neighbours so you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.
The villa is fully air conditioned, It has 2 master suits.
Master 1, has a large queen sized bed, cable TV with a DVD player and a walk-in closet, the large bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity unit and a Roman bath, there is also a patio door leading to the pool area for that late night swim.
Master 2, also has a queen size bed, cable TV with a DVD player and a walk in closet, the bathroom has a walk in shower with a vanity unit.
Both masters are equipped with hair dryers.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin bed's and cable TV with a DVD player, they share a bathroom that has a over head shower, bath and vanity unit.
The sofa in the lounge opens into another large double bed, this means the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort.
The large family room has cable TV and a DVD player, there is also a portable CD player. This room also has patio doors leading onto the pool area, which has loungers and a table with seating to eat alfresco.
The formal dining room has seating for 6 people, there is also a breakfast nook situated in a bay window which catches the early morning sun, this also has seating for a further 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave etc. Everything you'll need for a hassle free vacation.
There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron.

Area Description

The villa is situated on HWY27 about 1 mile from I4 which makes it very accessable to other areas in Florida like Busch Gardens, Space Coast, Florida Keys etc.
For those golfers, Champions Gate Golf is about 2 miles away,the Walgreens Pharmacy,Gas Station and other various shops are about half a mile away.
The 192HWY is about 4 miles away where there are large amounts of shops and restraunts.
There is also 10 to 15 golf clubs within a 15 min drive radius, there is also a supermarket 2 miles down the road.
