After a hard day at the Theme Parks, what better way to unwind than to take a swim in your own private pool followed by a cool beer or glass of wine from the fridge. No need to worry about the kids as they will be keeping themselves amused in the games area! Located on Westridge only 12 mins from Disney and within easy reach of the other major theme parks. If golf is your sport there are several excellent golf courses near by.

Area Description

Westridge is ideally located and a much sought after community for holidaymakers - peace and quiet if you want it yet close enough to the "action". There is a genuine community atmosphere here as Westridge contains not just holiday villas but residential homes and the houses are reasonably well spaced, unlike many other developments.

Visitors in the festive season will enjoy the spectacular christmas light displays which adorn many of the private homes and gardens - almost a tourist attraction in itself.

The open plan living area with its high ceiling gives our home a light and airy feeling. It is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Our home can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 in comfort.

If you choose to dine out there is a good selection of resturants and fast food outlets only moments away, alternatively we have a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities you would expect from a real home.

The villa has a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board which means that you can take less clothes with you, leaving more space in your luggage for all your purchases.

All the bedrooms are individual and tastefully decorated.

* The master suite is furnished with a queen size bed, bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers with vanity mirror. The bedroom is equipped with ceiling fan, tv and cordless telephone and there is a large walk in wardrobe. Leading off the master bedroom is the en-suite shower room, with large walk in shower big enough for two, illuminated vanity mirror, toilet and hand basin. A door from the en-suite affords easy access to the pool deck area.

* The second bedroom has a double bed, cabinets and fitted wardrobe

* The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds, cabinet and fitted wardrobe. These have been decorated with children in mind. One has a dolphin theme and the other a nautical theme.

We have a large family bathroom with illuminated vanity mirror, hand basin, toilet and bath with shower.

The garage is used as a games area with pool table, shuffleboard, football (foosball) table, dartboard and seating

Our south facing pool area allows you to make the most of the Florida Sunshine throughout the year but also has a shaded lanai area for the times when you need a break from the sun. We have luxurious padded patio chairs and reclining sun loungers. We have even thought about the children and have provided two child size chairs as well. When the sun goes down outdoor and underwater lighting allows you to continue enjoying the pool and patio area.
