This wonderful and much loved luxury villa is fully air-conditioned, sumptuously furnished and very well equipped for your stay. Very well maintained, it has 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms and is arranged over a single level, should wheelchair access is a requirement. The private screened pool, with colour change lighting, overlooks the green and bunkers of the 4th fairway and is floodlit at night!! The pool deck has ample patio furniture to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the arks and watch the sun go down!

In-house leisure includes cable tv to all bedrooms, enhanced cable and bluray player to lounge with 42" HDTV, PS2, CD Hifi, assorted videos, games and boardgames. Super hi-speed Well appointed kitchen, equipped for your every need, whether you eat in or take out the choice is yours! FREE calls to US/CANADA and EUROPE* and superfast wifi connection. Full laundry facilities with all LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. Golf clubs, tennis rackets and fishing poles provided for fun within the SECURE GATED COMMUNITY. Barbeque and oversized coolbox for those days out. There is also a COT, NEW HIGHCHAIR AND STROLLER provided for our younger guests AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Beautiful home

This is a gorgeous villa with all the amenities you could imagine! Very clean and cozy with a pool to keep you cool on those hot Florida days. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. The only problem I had was that my stay wasn't long enough. I definitely recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!!
