Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our beautiful 4 bed 3 bath villa is the ideal base from which to enjoy the nearby theme parks, golf courses and other attractions. But it's much more than that; offering stylish comfort throughout and a great range of features, the whole family will enjoy taking a day off from the parks to relax and hang out at the villa!

In the foyer, a computer with high speed internet access allows you to check your e mails and surf the web at no cost. Furthermore, you may make local, long distance and international phone calls(landlines only) to Canada, the UK, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy absolutely FREE of charge!

The open plan living area is beautifully tiled thoughout and its high ceilings give a great sense of light and space. This area comprises a stylish dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a huge 52 inch projection TV with digital cable and DVD player. A large selection of family oriented films is available for your enjoyment.

The spacious master bedroom has a large double bed, a walk-in closet, TV with digital cable and an en suite bathroom with shower and corner bath. The second double bedroom is also en suite. The third bedroom is a twin and the fourth is a children's Disney themed room with colourful bunk beds, easy chairs and a TV with digital cable and a Play Station 2. Bedrooms three and four share the third bathroom.

Small and big kids alike will adore our fun 50s diner style games room. The decor is cool and there's a great variety of games on offer, including billiards, air hockey, table tennis, foosball tables and a darts board.

The screened pool has steps down into the shallow end and underwater lighting. The shaded lanai with comfortable sun loungers is a real bonus, as you can enjoy relaxing outside, but still find shade from the sun's heat if you wish. This spacious area has a table and chairs, allowing you to dine al fresco, enjoying the BBQ you've prepared using the gas powered grill in the garden.

Area Description

Our villa is on a quiet residential street in Bridgewater Crossing, a rural neighbourhood set amidst a nature reserve with a 40 acre lake, ponds and wetlands. The communal facilities, which guests may use free of charge, include a large communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, children's playground and picnic/BBQ area overlooking the lakes. All are within walking distance of the house.
Despite the pretty and peaceful rural setting, it is only 8 miles to the gates of Disney World's four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios). The numerous other attractions which have made Orlando such a popular holiday destination (Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild, Islands of Adventure...) are also nearby.
Golfers are in for a treat with 4 fantastic courses within 6 miles of the villa, including the world class ChampionsGate Resort and the prestigious Reunion Golf Resort, both less than 2 miles away.
Easy access to Interstate 4 means the Gulf coast's sandy beaches near Clearwater and the east coast's attractions (such as the Kennedy Space Center) can be reached in 60 to 90 minutes.
