Area Description
Highgate Park is located in Davenport on the Citrus Ridge of Central Florida overlooking Walt Disney World just minutes from Orlando and Kissimmee.
Just off one of Florida's historic highways, Highgate Park is less than 10 minutes from Disney and yet far enough for our guests to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside as well as the magnificent views of the surrounding areas.
There are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes, supermarkets, pharmacies and local stores within a few minutes drive. And if its the shopping you have come for there are dozens of large malls and plazas all within easy reach.
The area boasts some of the best Golf in the world. There are over 30 public golf courses within a 15 miles radius including Highlands Reserve less than 2 miles from your front door.
Trips to the beach are within one hour to the Gulf of Mexico or to the Atlantic Ocean. Daytona and NASA's Kennedy Space Center are an easy 45 minute drive to the east.

We found this new villa perfect for our needs. It was clean and welcoming on arrival, and very comfortable. The bedrooms all had TV's, and the computer and XBox was a bonus. The pool area was excellent with a nice warm pool and large patio with plenty of seating. It was a nice quiet area, but conveniently situated close to Highway 27 and only about 20 minutes from Disney. About 5 minutes away there is a supermarket, shops and takeaways.
Paul & Cindy saved our holiday with their Seven Stars Villa! Due to numerous problems with the first villa we rented from a different owner, we contacted Paul and within a few hours we were able to move into, what can only be described as 'Absolute Luxury'. The villa is eqipped to an incredibly high standard, very comfortable and spacious. The pool and spa are a joy to use and just what you need after a hard day at the theme parks. We never had a problem from the building works in nearby villas. In fact the villa was so peaceful and quiet, many an afternnon nap was taken in the glorious sunshine lazing by the pool. We would never be able to thank Paul & Cindy enough for helping us in our hour of need and feel priveliged to have spent time in their wonderful villa. Highly recommended but a name chage is in order, to Ten Star Villa!
We were given a preferential rate as there was some building work being completed in the adjacent villas - hence we had the benefit of very spacious accommodation well within our budget (and the builders were no problem). Furnishings were very comfortable. As well as the high tech items such as flat screen TV's in the lounge and master bedroom, the games room was a welcome diversion after a long day in the Disney parks. The south facing open aspect made the pool area a pleasant place to be. We were able to connect my laptop to the internet via the wireless router - a useful bonus for teenage daughters who want to talk to their boyfriends via Messenger. There is also a PC provided with internet access. Just off route 27 and 2 miles south of the end of the 192, Wal-Mart and Publix stores are only 5 minutes drive away with Disney parks about 20 minutes drive. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to our friends.
