Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Disney Playhouse Villa has a spacious family room with a 51" HD TV and DVD SURROUND SOUND system so you can watch your favorite movie OR listen to your favorite CD'S OR FM RADIO after a great day at the parks.Step outside, and there's an optionally heated private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool with a raised bubbling spa pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in the rays.(Bring your sunscreen the pool deck faces southwest so you will enjoy 8-10 hours of sun daily.) The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

If you want some indoor fun for the family enjoy the games room that is perfect for evenings of fun together. Complete with a pool table, ping pong and air-hockey tables, you can enjoy yourselves whatever the weather brings.

The sleeping accommodation at Disney Playhouse vacation home includes 2 spacious master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, cable TV, dresser, nightstands, walk in closet space and private bathrooms. The third junior master also enjoys a king-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser and private bathroom. Three further bedrooms each enjoy either 2 twin beds and a bunk bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps and closet space �� all with adjacent or nearby shared family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can convert to a sleeper as required.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the formal dining area which has a serving hatch from the kitchen or in the breakfast nook or why not eat al-fresco by the sparkling pool?
There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property.

The Disney Playhouse has designated this Orlando vacation home rental a non-smoking property.

We all enjoyed every minute of our stay.We were amazed at the size of the house and the bedrooms.On this vacation i had my 3 kids 2,6,8, myself and my husband, my mother in law and boyfried and grandmother and had plenty of room and privacy. My kids loved having their own bathroom as did my self and the rest of the family. Three of the rooms have king size beds.I actually slept a whole night without being kicked.The beds are so comfortable and the furniture is gorgeous.The other 3 rooms had 2 twin size beds,my girls enjoyed bed hopping.We enjoyed swimming amost everyday and enjoyed the quiet ride to and from disney.You have about a 10 minute ride to a superwalmart where you could buy your disney items and your food for the week.There is also a medival times resturant there that we did not get to go to but look forward to the next time we stay here.To sum it up the home owner is awesome, the house is amazing and the trip was fantastic.I can't wait to stay here again.

We visited this property during the middle of July, and it was absolutely gorgeous! Everything with the getting the property went very smoothly. Plenty of room, everything was as described! Not in the best area as far as proximity to businesses, but within a 10 min. drive of Wal-Mart, and many other shopping/dining locations. Owner was very helpful and great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a beautiful house for their vacation!
