Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Welcome to our villa. Please feel free to make yourself at home.
Located on the tranquil Highgate Park gated community off HWY27 it is an oasis of calm whilst still being close to all the major attractions, golf courses and shopping malls.
South facing to make the most of the Florida sunshine, it looks onto a wooded conservation area with no rear neighbours so your view is uninterrupted and your privacy guaranteed.
The villa is situated on an oversized corner lot, it has an extended pool deck, heated swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing with a glass of something chilled after a hard day at the parks. There are plenty of sun-loungers and a patio table and chairs for the perfect al-fresco breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also provided is a gas grill barbeque to complete your outdoor living.
Fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard our villa provides you with a standard of accomodation you are unlikely to find in any hotel. All four bedrooms have cable TV, the Master and Queen bedrooms both have DVD players and the two twin rooms each have a Sony PSII.
All of the bedrooms have either en-suite facilities or a bathroom next door.
The family room is light and airy with a large corner lounge suite, overhead paddle fan, cable TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a CD/Radio stereo system and also free wireless internet access.
The open plan Kitchen/Dining Area is spacious and comes well equipped for preparing anything from a light snack to a full five course banquet! The dining table seats six and there is also a breakfast bar with stools.
The villa comes complete with a plentiful supply of towels and bed-linen, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron - so travel light and leave extra room in your suitcase for some serious shopping opportunities.

Highgate Park is located within the Legacy Park group of villages and is easily reached from HWY 27 which links with the I4 and SR192. There is a childrens play area as well as tennis courts located within the community.

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. My children loved the pool and we liked it also because you were able to relax on the patio and watch them swim. It was pretty close to Disney. the villa was very clean and spacious with all the necessity to enjoy your stay. I will definity recommend it to others that are going to be in the area.
We did not go on vacation to go to Disney World or site seeing (Not that you can’t do that. House is very centrally located). We just wanted to relax and swim in the pool. The pictures do not show how nice the house is. It is beautiful and clean. It has everything you would want in a vacation house. There was only one little problem. The pool heat would not heat pool to very warm temperature if it is very cold outside. So one cold night (40F), made pool somewhat cold for some people to swim (not all of us) and it was warm next day when temperature was higher. The Jacuzzi on other hand can be made as hot as you want in any weather. So forget about hotels and stay in Coupe DeVille
We enjoyed our vacation/anniversary at this lovely home! It was extremely clean and centrally located to all theme parks, shopping and restaurants! The private pool and spa (with lights for late night swims), cable TVs and DVD players in each bedroom and family room, spacious master suite and bath, gas grill, washer and dryer, wireless internet, gated community....simply said, it was just like being home. This was our first time renting a villa for vacation but we will NEVER go back to a hotel in Florida. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next family trip in December '08. so very nice to stay in your own private spot instead of the resorts...if you want to sleep in one day, or just lay by your own private pool, that's fine, or if you even want to cook a few steaks on the grill, go ahead..................simply an outstanding vacation...thank you much

What a great family vacation we had thanks to there wonderful home. The kids had so much fun that they didn't want to leave and go to Disney. The location could not have been better and the privacy made sitting by the pool very relaxing. The close proximity to Disney, food, and every other amenity could not have been more convient. The house was clean, well kept and a truly wonderful layout. The thought of moving to Florida has for sure crossed our minds several times; thanks to the weather and lovely accomidations we enjoyed. Once again to Keith and Carole and we will definetly recommend there home to all our vacationing friends.
This was our third time renting a villa and was our best experience. We really liked our second villa, but it was booked so we tried this and were glad we did.
The villa was spotless and nicely decorated. The pool was fantastic. The location made it easy to get to/from the parks and we found dealing with the owners to be easy and pleasant.
If I had to list negatives I would say the master bath shower could have used more water pressure and there could have been trashcans in each of the bedrooms. All in all pretty minor "complaints"
The positives were many. As mentioned the pool was fantastic. It was enclosed in a gate instead of alarming the door which was a nice touch. The layout of the villa was perfect - we had 3 adults + 4 children and we were very comfortable. Double sink in the master bath.
Really, the villa was ideal for us and we will use it again when we return with that many people (each Disney trip for us we take different relatives :) ).

This has been our second visit to this property,on both occasions we have found the house very easy to locate. The house and pool were both immaculate,the house always with plenty of clean linen and pool area clean and tidy. We found the house to be very spacious,comfortable and child friendly. The house is idealy located close to all amenities, You are only 5 minutes drive from the local suparmarket and 10 minutes from restraunts and bars. We have had very relaxing holidays here and will certainly return and pass the word on.
