Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Located on the tranquil Highgate Park gated community off HWY27 it is an oasis of calm whilst still being close to all the major attractions - 15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Seaworld and 40 minutes to Universal Studios, only a few minutes to Championsgate award winning Golf Course and within easy reach of several shopping malls.
South facing to make the most of the Florida sunshine, it looks onto a wooded conservation area with no rear neighbours so your view is uninterrupted and your privacy guaranteed.
The villa is situated on an oversized corner lot, it has an extended pool deck, heated swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing with a glass of something chilled after a hard day at the parks. There are plenty of sun-loungers and a patio table and chairs for the perfect al-fresco breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard our Florida villa provides you with a standard of accomodation you are unlikely to find in any hotel. All four bedrooms have cable TV, the Master and Queen bedrooms both have DVD players and the two twin rooms each have a Sony PSII.
All of the bedrooms have either en-suite facilities or a bathroom next door.
The family room is light and airy with a large corner lounge suite, overhead paddle fan, cable TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a CD/Radio stereo system and also free wireless internet access.
The open plan Kitchen/Dining Area is spacious and comes well equipped for preparing anything from a light snack to a full five course banquet! The dining table seats six and there is also a breakfast bar with stools.
The villa comes complete with a plentiful supply of towels and bed-linen, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron - so travel light and leave extra room in your suitcase for some serious shopping opportunities.

Very nice house

Exactly what we were looking for, a clean and well equipped house located in a quiet area outside the fast pace of the Disney area but still close enough to enjoy all attractions. The owner was very responsive and accommodating during the booking process. Very private pool area but no shade mid-day. Everything went off without a hitch.

Our pool is South facing, so at this time of year when the sun is low in the sky all day we do get constant sunshine. Lovely home, nice location

Our family of 5 enjoyed a few days at this home just before Christmas. The drive to Disney was reasonable. It was nicely appointed, just as described and pictured in the ad. The price was quite reasonable. The owner and management company were great to work with. They allowed us to rent the home for less than a full week. Our only disappointment was that we were never able to use the spa. It would not reach a reasonable temperature even though a manager visited and asked a pool specialist to stop by and make adjustments.

Great house and location

We had a great time. The only thing that I found wrong with this home, was that the wine glasses were not big enough. I had to keep getting up to refill. The house was clean, comfortable, area was beautiful, very quiet lacation. Big enough for all of us. The walk to the master bathroom was a bit too far. Us seniors need a washroom closer!!! All kidding aside, the four of us had a wonderful time.

WONDERFUL AGAIN

We had a wonderful time again at the Coupe DeVille, we shared the house with another family and there was enough room for all of us. We visited Sea World which was only about 30 mins away. We love having the pool right out the back door and the house has all of the comforts of home. Keith and Carole are great to work with and you will not be sorry if you chose the Coupe DeVille. I'm sure we will be back, it is becoming our home away from home :) Thank you for another great vacation.

Best vacation ever

We rented Coupe DeVille again this year and everything was as expected. The villa was very clean, we had lots of towels and the pool and the weather were great. We spent our mornings and afternoons by the pool, while my husband played golf, and in the evenings we went shopping. My son loved swimming and jumping in the pool. Overall, our stay was great. If I were to quote my husband, "It was my best vacation ever". We'll be back for sure.

When booking, I was skeptical, but from the second I opened the door, I was taken away!! The home was impecably clean, you could eat off the floors, and smelled so clean as well! The owners were very responsive w/ replies to my emails and questions, and very helpful! The management company was also very cooperative! I HIGHLY recommend and will keep in my future plans back to Orlando! We were 100% completely satisfied!!!!

Nice property, great location, a few problem

This was our first time renting a home for vacation and were nervous about it. The owners were great to work with. The layout of the home is very functional and plenty of room for 5 adults and one child. We had everything we needed, extra towels, pots and pans, etc. The location is minutes from Disney and major interstates, with grocery store less than 3 minutes. The pool was great. House was clean and fairly new, but we had problems with ants in the kitchen, and smoke alarm that was out of batteries but the management company sent out an exterminator after we called. It's summer in the south. That happens. Overall a very nice place and it was great to be able to sit on the sectional after a long day and watch movies, or dip in the pool. My son even rented games for the PSII which was in his room. Definitely consider this property.

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. My children loved the pool and we liked it also because you were able to relax on the patio and watch them swim. It was pretty close to Disney. the villa was very clean and spacious with all the necessity to enjoy your stay. I will definity recommend it to others that are going to be in the area.

We did not go on vacation to go to Disney World or site seeing (Not that you can’t do that. House is very centrally located). We just wanted to relax and swim in the pool. The pictures do not show how nice the house is. It is beautiful and clean. It has everything you would want in a vacation house. There was only one little problem. The pool heat would not heat pool to very warm temperature if it is very cold outside. So one cold night (40F), made pool somewhat cold for some people to swim (not all of us) and it was warm next day when temperature was higher. The Jacuzzi on other hand can be made as hot as you want in any weather. So forget about hotels and stay in Coupe DeVille

We enjoyed our vacation/anniversary at this lovely home! It was extremely clean and centrally located to all theme parks, shopping and restaurants! The private pool and spa (with lights for late night swims), cable TVs and DVD players in each bedroom and family room, spacious master suite and bath, gas grill, washer and dryer, wireless internet, gated community....simply said, it was just like being home. This was our first time renting a villa for vacation but we will NEVER go back to a hotel in Florida. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next family trip in December '08. Thank you very much to Keith & Carole, What a great family vacation we had thanks to there wonderful home. The kids had so much fun that they didn't want to leave and go to Disney. The location could not have been better and the privacy made sitting by the pool very relaxing. The close proximity to Disney, food, and every other amenity could not have been more convient. The house was clean, well kept and a truly wonderful layout. The thought of moving to Florida has for sure crossed our minds several times; thanks to the weather and lovely accomidations we enjoyed. Once again to Keith and Carole and we will definetly recommend there home to all our vacationing friends.

Excellent Stay

This was our third time renting a villa and was our best experience. We really liked our second villa, but it was booked so we tried this and were glad we did. The villa was spotless and nicely decorated. The pool was fantastic. The location made it easy to get to/from the parks and we found dealing with the owners to be easy and pleasant. If I had to list negatives I would say the master bath shower could have used more water pressure and there could have been trashcans in each of the bedrooms. All in all pretty minor "complaints" The positives were many. As mentioned the pool was fantastic. It was enclosed in a gate instead of alarming the door which was a nice touch. The layout of the villa was perfect - we had 3 adults + 4 children and we were very comfortable. Double sink in the master bath. Really, the villa was ideal for us and we will use it again when we return with that many people (each Disney trip for us we take different relatives :) ). Kevin

This has been our second visit to this property,on both occasions we have found the house very easy to locate. The house and pool were both immaculate,the house always with plenty of clean linen and pool area clean and tidy. We found the house to be very spacious,comfortable and child friendly. The house is idealy located close to all amenities, You are only 5 minutes drive from the local suparmarket and 10 minutes from restraunts and bars. We have had very relaxing holidays here and will certainly return and pass the word on.
