on your days events, or if you prefer to watch cable TV, Video or
DVD, or if you prefer you can spend a quiet moment in our second
lounge area.

The bright sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table,
breakfast bar and seating. The amenities include oven range,
microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and double
sink
with waste disposal plus many more home comforts for that special
evening meal with all your family.

The master bedroom has a king Sized bed with large walk-in closets,
cable TV and remote control alarm clock. There is also plenty of
drawer space. The delightful En-suite has a large walk-in shower and
a over-sized roman bath tub with a large double vanity unit with
plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite is also complete with hair
dryer.

The second double room has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, TV,
Radio alarm clock.

The Scooby Doo room really is one of the stars of the show! Great for the kids, it also has a walk in closet and is equipped with cable TV.

The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, walk in closet and TV.

The wonderful south facing private pool has a large sun deck for the sun bathers. It also has a large covered patio area with ceiling fan, table, chairs & sun loungers.
The Pool can be heated on request. For quiet evenings by the pool there is a lighting system in and around the pool.The pool area and the back of the propety is fenced in for total privacy . Gas BBQ available upon request.

Last but not least, the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron. The utility room leads through into the double garage.

Non smoking home
The home is conveniently located for all your shopping and restaurant needs, and Walt Disney World is just 5 minutes away. There are 8 golf courses also within 15 minutes drive of the home with Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, & Celebration but to mention a few.

Community features; Swimming pool, Tennis & Basketball courts, 440 acre fishing lake, stocked with Bass. Private
9 hole golf course with reasonable .

Upon arrival if the villa is not what you have view on the site I will refund your money.

The villa is in a prime location and is maintained throughout to the highest standards by one of the best management companies in the area. The south facing rear aspect guarantees all day sunbathing (when the sun is out!) and few villas can offer this. We do not have fixed arrival and departure days; you can book with us to suit your travel arrangements.I'm the owner I'm in florida, while most owners are overseas or in an other state. I visit my villa frequent at least once a month make sure that everything is updated.

This was a very pleasant home and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was very cooperative. Toilet chain broke while we were there, and she got someone over immediately to repair it. She thought of everything to make our stay pleasant.

My Husband and son spend most of their time at the golf course. The younger childeren loved the pool and parks.The oldest grandson was fishing at the lake, we all had a great ttime, too bad we had to go back Newyork.
