Payment by Credit Card is accepted however a 3% handling charge will be made. Credit Card details will be required to be held as cover against any breakages, damage to the property or its contents or for any excessive cleaning costs above that normally required.

We played at Champions Gate in our second week here and what a real treat that was. Brilliant Golf course(we played the national)First class service, clubs and buggy hire from one of the premier courses in the world.
All this was backed up by the comforting thought that after a days golf or visiting the Disney theme parks we could come back to your villa and relax by the pool,watch a DVD or video, or play table tennis in your games room.
Thank you for providing so much by way of facilities at your lovely villa which is also very near to the local Publix supermarket and our favourite restaurant Chillies.
We have been to Florida five times now and this was definitely the best holiday by a mile.

Our 1st visit to Florida and the villa was just perfect. Superb location for all attractions and shops/supermarkets. The pool was great and the outside area was perfect for BBQ's. Well worth ordering chinese from China 1 (Champions Gate) and visiting Red Lobster (we did twice!) The villa really is the perfect base for a great holiday.

Our 1st visit to Florida and what a perfect place to stay, we have had a fabulous time. the villa was perfect and the pool was a bonus at the end of a very hot , tiring day.
