New and well kept propery in very safe gated community just off Hwy 27 in Davenport. Condo is very clean, furniture is in top condition, all appliances work well, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, washer/dryer is like new, cable TV with plenty of channels to choose from (although, there was no time for TV with all the Disney attractions in the area) It was a very good overall experience and we are considering coming back next year. This villa was very clean! The location was perfect. The pool was perfect. Be sure to bring a hairdryer and soap to wash the dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and just wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone. My mother stayed in the downstairs master suite and I was in the upstairs master suite. The kids each had their own room too.

This was the first time I rent a villa instead of booking hotel rooms for my family vacation. I must say this was a wonderful experience. The villa was in excellent condition with all required facilities available (including a highspeed wireless Internet connection). The kids loved the pool and my youngest grew so attached to the place, he still calls it home. I highly recommend it.
