Orlando Villa Magic is our beautiful 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom vacation villa. This is a detached double storey, which can accomodate 2-12 people comfortably. Highgate Park is located just 10 - 15 minutes from Disney.

LIVING AREA

Double entry doors lead into the foyer; on the right is the formal lounge, with double leather sofa bed and dining room. At the end of the hall is the down stairs cloak room and beyond is the open planned kitchen, breakfast room and family room. The breakfast room has seating for 4 around the round table overlooking the pool and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave.

The large family room with its double heighted ceiling, which is overlooked from the sky bridge, has 2 leather sofas, matching coffee table and side tables, a 46 Inch Samsung Plasma HD Cable TV, DVD player with divx and cd stereo.

The garage houses the games room with pool table, Fooseball table, mounted cable TV.
Within a self-contained unit within the garage you will find the full size washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron are also supplied.

MASTER BEDROOM

The beautiful master bedroom, with upgraded furniture takes up the whole of the left hand side of first floor of the property with its king size bed, dresser and mirror, bedside tables, wall mounted cable tv, radio alarm clock and hairdyer.

Leading from the bedroom through the arch is the master bathroom with double walk in shower, bath, separate wc, his & her vanity units and walk in closet. There is a safe in the walk in closet.

OTHER BEDROOMS

On the ground floor are the 2 Queen en-suites with cable TV, closets, dresser with mirrors, bedside table, radio alarm clocks, and hairdryers. The en-suites have a bath, over bath shower, vanity unit, & toilet, towels are provided. One of the Queen bedrooms leads onto the pool deck through the patio doors.

Upstairs there are 2 Twin bedrooms which share a bathroom, bathroom has vanity unit, toilet, bath with overheadshower, towels. The Cable TV on demand (own setbox).

POOL

One of the main features of the villa is the great SOUTH facing heatable pool 30 x 15ft with raised jacuzzi and oversized pool deck.
The pool overlooks fields with orange trees and the area has sun loungers, plus table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. There is also a George Foreman electric outdoor Barbeque

For the kids there are plenty of pool toys to keep them happy, also provided is an outside shower and toilet (no more traipsing through the house to get to the toilet! There is also a covered Lanai, with electric fan for those who wish some shade from the sun.

Highgate Park is a prestigious gated community, which has a child's playground and tennis courts. It is located on the Highway 27, just minutes from 192, the nearest golf course is Championship Gates in 5 minutes.

Great Home = Great Time

Cold hits nation Jan 16th thru the 20th. -26 degrees in Chicago, 65 degrees Orlando...BIG Difference! Awesome home! Great Area! Exactly as pictured, close to groceries, easy commute to Universal and/or Disney. About an hour to Cocoa Beach and Clearwater Beach. The home was a great base for our vacation. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out. The master suite was excellent. Having the fully equiped kitchen helped keep the "eating out" to a minimum. Our teens loved it because of the in room showers/baths. They were a little disappointed with the pool heat. Due to the weather, lows of 35 degrees at night, the "heat pump" was ineffective. They were only able to use the pool on three occasions during our nine day stay. All in All; a great time, spent in a great area, in a great home!

Best villa ever

I have stayed in many villa's before and this is the best one my family have ever stayed in. We had a great holiday here. Brilliant south facing which is very large and lovely view to the orange trees. I liked the beer/wine fridge in the games room. Very close to Wal-mart and to the Disney parks. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

This was our tenth villa holiday in Florida and we certainly would not hesitate to return to "Orlando Villa Magic".

On arrival the villa was in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. It was also very spacious and the two downstairs en-suite bedrooms were perfect for the teenagers in our party.

The pool itself was one of the largest we have come across and although there were only four in our party there was ample pool furniture and space to accommodate a larger group.

The minor problem we encountered with the pool was dealt with immediately by Angela (villa owner) who kept in touch throughout our three week stay to make sure all was well.
Overall we had a fabulous time and we would certainly recommend this villa to family and friends.

The villa was brilliant, very clean and spacious with excellent facilities. The pool and spa were really good and the pool was a lot bigger than average. Wish we were still there.

I stayed at the villa with a party of eight, 6 adults and 2 children. The focal point of our holiday was the theme parks and it was especially nice to return to the peace and quite of the villa after a busy day and relax by the pool. Everyone agreed that the villa was brilliant, it was perfect in every respect and it was especially nice to call it our home for two weeks.

How proud Angela and her family must be to have such a wonderful villa in a perfect location.

We will definitely try to book again, when we next return to Florida.

I can honestly say that the villa really made our holiday.
It was ideally situated in a lovely quiet prestigious area, with supermarkets etc only a stone's throw away and only 10 minutes from Disneyland.

The villa itself exceeded our expectations it was absolutely immaculate, extremely comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need & more.
Relaxing with a glass of wine in a bubbling spa after a manic day around the parks was absolutely fantastic!

If I return to Florida I would definitely stay again and would have no qualms in recommending it to anyone else.

Thankyou once again for contributing to our holiday of a lifetime.
