Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

A 4 bedroom executive villa set within the landscaped and immaculately maintained gardens of Calabay Parc, now firmly established as the premier vacation rental community near Disney.
Our home sleeps up to 10 people in comfort and has 2 master suites, one a king, the other a queen, both leading directly onto the pool deck and making it ideal for 2 families to share. Our other bedrooms are a Disney themed twin and a double bedded room. All of our bedrooms have large walk in closets, televisions and DVD players and each of our three bathrooms has a full complement of soft towels and it's own hairdryer.
Our home has wider doorways, a level access shower with grab bars, and a hoist for access to the pool if needed, making it suitable for disabled guests.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate laundry room.This room is also home to a PC with broadband internet access. Our main lounge overlooks the pool deck Our den has a playstation2 attatched to the television.our games room is new for 2008, with pool table, air hockey, and electronic darts

Area Description

There is a children's play area and a volleyball court within Calabay Parc which is surrounded by trees and orange groves. We are located on Highway 27 and I-4, the main highway giving access to the whole of Orlando and beyond, is literally just down the road. We have shops and restaurants only minutes away and several golf courses within a few minutes drive.
