Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
The Villa sleeps up to 10 - and has two separate living areas. family room, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and four bedrooms.
Two bedrooms are double-bedded, master en-suite and two twin-bedded rooms share the two other bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and all rooms have ceiling fans.
It has over 2000 sq. ft of air-conditioned living space and has its own oversized 30 ft screened swimming pool with extended sun decking, covered lanai and equipped with patio furniture and sun beds. The pool can be heated at cooler times of the year if required. There is also a double garage.
