This is a STUNNING,luxury executive Villa situated in the most perfect of locations at the head of a cul de sac and not overlooked. Located in a superb gated community of high quality homes and set in beautifully landscaped communal areas. Go through the impressive Champions Gate and you will know you are going to somewhere special. If you are looking for something different with exclusive luxury in a fantastic location you need look no further!!
The villa itself is like a model home!!All our furnishings, window dressings and art are upgraded and of the highest quality. As you walk in you will know exactly what this villa has in store - it will take your breath away!. The large living room with its double vaulted cathedral ceiling is a showpiece!! Consisting of two double sofas you can watch the latest in TV viewing . A massive 57" Wide screen multi channel cable HDTV TV. A separate Dining room area with a fabulous wrought iron glass table seats six people. This really is a magnificent setting and if that is not enough there is also a second lounge area with a further two double sofas for that extra privacy. The kitchen, with breakfast bar and stools has every conceivable extra you will need. Theres also a surprise - We have an ORIGINAL Bubble tube WURLITZER JUKEBOX playing all your favorite 45's - so lets rock n roll!!!- Off the kitchen there is the Kitchen nook with table and 4 chairs which overlooks the pool. Relax after that hard day at the theme park or a day off from the theme park in your very own 28 x 15 foot heated (optional) swimming pool (with multi colored changing lighting - great at night!!!) - complimented by fabulous upholstered patio furniture. Beach towels and HIfi where you can hook up your IPOD is also provided. If the sun gets too much , our undercover Lanai complete with fan will cool you off!! If that doesn't work try relaxing in our 6 seater Hot tub with waterfall!!!Two bedrooms (one twin, one queen) are also downstairs both tastefully decorated with TVs and DVDs and each separated by your own bathroom. This home looks and is like a model home!!

Go upstairs to the gallery landing and the luxurious master (upgraded to king bed)with Flat screen TV/DVD combo and its fabulous en suite awaits. The master even has its own private balcony to sit out and watch the balloons from Orlando come over. If there is a better feeling than waking up to the sun streaming through the shades - please let me know (answers on a postcard please!!)Two further bedrooms with TVs and DVDs are also upstairs again separated by your own bathroom. The loft area (or the sky lounge - yes sky lounge!) has been allocated just for the kids to enjoy Playstation 2 or perhaps for you to watch TV!!There is also a further dedicated PC with high speed internet access and a wireless router to enable for you to connect to your own lap top!!!!!

And thats not all - the Games room is superb, decorated with flags, tin signs and a 8 foot gasoline pump this has to be the best there is!! It accomodates a 8 foot pool table and super size Table tennis table - it has to be seen to be believed!! Great for the kids (never mind the kids its great for the adults too!)
