We are nestled in the exclusive & quiet new community of ‘The Retreat’, Legacy Park, perfectly located near the heart of Walt Disney World, Florida. Our beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath home is situated off highway 27 and is close to both interstate 4 and highway 192 with its vast array of restaurants, shops and bars.

Our villa has a 28 feet by 14 feet private designer screened pool, remote control raised spa and extended deck. High quality furnishings and fittings throughout
provide elegance and comfort for your stay.

As you enter the villa we have a large living room to relax in after a hard days play. Beautifully furnished with a 3 seater sleeper sofa with matching 2 seater and comfortable recliner chair. 2 matching lamps, coffee and end tables and ceiling fan provide a great place to chill
out.

The dining area is located beside the living room and is furnished with a truly fabulous and exquisite dining table (for your very own banquet) plus 6 comfortable chairs and fine accessories and a chandelier style light to add to the luxury and ambience.

At the back of the house we have our family room; this looks out onto the deck with the pool and spa - it has a large window and double sliding alarmed patio door. It is tastefully furnished with 2 * 3 seater sofas and coffee and end tables etc. A large cable TV and DVD system in the
entertainment unit is ready for your viewing pleasure and there is a ceiling fan if the air conditioning gets too cold!.

Step outside from the family room on to the fully screened extended deck that surrounds the sparkling clear pool and bubbling refreshing spa.
Take time out to enjoy and soak in the Florida sunshine as you rest in the luxury deck loungers and chairs. There is also a covered lanai where you
can enjoy alfresco dining or even a drink or two during the early evening.

The pool has a removable safety fence for extra protection for young infants should you need it. Pool and coach lights add to the atmosphere in the evening when you are relaxing and swimming in our 28ft *14ft designer pool.

Our fully fitted deluxe kitchen has everything you could ever need. All quality kitchenware is provided. Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. Sink with waste disposal and vegetable spray. We also have a breakfast bar and tall stools for those quick drinks and snacks. So if you choose to cook on holiday our kitchen is a
chefs delight! The Nook is a more casual dining area for a sunny breakfast or light meal looking out onto the pool area.

The master suite has a US sized queen bed with matching nightstands and dresser with mirror. We also have a lovely armoire with cable TV. A large walk in closet with wall safe provides yet more space for clothes and luggage. The en-suite has large walk in shower, separate large bath tub, his and her sinks etc. A lovely place to pamper yourself after a hard day at the parks or golf course!

2 * twin bedrooms with luxury fittings and furniture and built in wardrobes provide extra space as well as the 2nd master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. We also have a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and all those other items necessary for your convenience when on holiday!

The Retreat at Legacy Park is a beautiful, new, sought after community situated approx 1.5 miles south on the US 27 from the I192. There are a variety of excellent golf courses including Champions Gate within minutes of the villa.

You will find all the attractions that Orlando has to offer within easy reach yet the villa offers a peaceful relaxing setting for your vacation; and don't forget that Orlando is ideally situated for a day at the beach with the wonderful beaches on the East & West coasts easily accessible, a comfortable drive along the I-4.

Note we provide the same level of service as if you had booked with a major tour operator e.g. BA or Thomas Cook. You will have 24 hour access to the support and help of our renowned local management company, Florida Choice, to ensure your stay runs smoothly and you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday. Keys, directions and information packs will be picked up from the local management office when you arrive in Orlando and the security deposit will be taken locally then.
