The luxuriously furnished villa will have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened heated pool and spa. There is a sofa bed situated in the family room that sleeps an additional 2 persons if required. It will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Full size Billiard Pool table, football table, Gas BBQ, free high speed Internet, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Game Cube. Separate dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen.
30' X 15' heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an hot tube for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence. Gated community with Playground, Tennis Court and 10 Minutes to Major Disney Theme Parks

Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24/7 services for the guest.

• Deposits: The security deposit shall be the sum of THREE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$300.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
   
• Other Fees: Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. Will accept Visa or MasterCard over the phone for deposits and full payments. Rates start from 125 per night or 750 per week. Pool heat (up to 83 F): $125/week Hottub heat (up to 104 F): $40/week Gas BBQ Grill: $30/week Rates does not include 13% sales tax. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stay less than 7 nights. 5
