Great stay for family

We recently had a 12 day stay at the Lakeside villa. Overall it was great and would book the same house again if we were making another trip down. Had a bit of trouble with the phone/internet at the beginning of the trip, which stopped it from being a 5 star, but that was just for a few days and they were very on top of the issue. The house had lots of space for our 3 pre-teen boys and they LOVED the pool table and air hockey table! Neighborhood quiet and house was in a great location. House was very clean and no hidden costs. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I had two other friends with me to play golf and renting this place out had to be the best decision that we've made. This place made us feel like we were home. Everything you need is within couple of minutes. We would definitely rent this place out again

Great family vacation

We spent nearly three weeks in this beautiful house, one week during Christmas with our family from Iowa. It is a spacious house and very family friendly. The Sandy Ridge area is very quiet, a great retreat from the "crazy crowds" at Disney World, Orlando's Shopping Malls etc. The lake view is very special and the location of the house private. We highly recommand this place for families with kids who love to play in a pool. Unfortunately, we couldn't make as much use of the pool as we hoped as it was very cold during January.

Disney Retreat

After the hustle and bustle from the crowds at Disney, it was an absolute joy to come home to a house in a quiet neighborhood. Our family of six had so much space to spread out in this house. It was very clean and in good shape. We went in May, and did not have any traffic issues getting back and forth between the house and Disney. We are so glad we did not stay on-site or in a small cramped hotel room. With two master suites and two other bedrooms, this house is ideal for two families to share. The owners were a delight to work with. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful rental house. Anything we needed was supplied. We were there more than a month and I cooked often. I found everything I needed was supplied. The layout of the house is perfect when you have guests and there is plenty of room for children,and toys and games are provided. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I go back to that area I will certainly try to book it again. Everything about the experience was positive from my initial inquiry to the final departure. It is close enough to get to all the attractions in a short time with minimal traffic, yet not in the middle of all the chaos. I can't praise it enough. Margaret & Joe from NJ, Winter 2008
