Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
"The Oaks" has a game room which includes an 8ft slate bed pool table and air hockey table. There is even a cross trainer for the exercise conscious! We offer FREE local, national and international calls (to landlines) and FREE highspeed wireless internet access. There are no rear neighbours giving you privacy in the pool area whilst you relax on the padded pool furniture. There is even an air conditioned poolside toilet as well as three full bathrooms. All bedrooms have a TV & DVD player, whilst in the lounge area there is a widescreen High Definition television with digital cable. If your holiday plans involve a visit to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or Sea World, you will be delighted at how close the villa is to all three. Of course, that's not all Central Florida has to offer - shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment are but a short drive away, whilst the Gulf Coast and Kennedy Space Centre offer wonderful days out.
If you have small children and require a crib, high chair or stroller we are pleased to offer all of these free of charge. For safety, the pool has a child security fence, however this can be removed if you do not require it.
Numerous top class golf courses are practically on your doorstep. The nearest, Championsgate Golf Resort, is a mere 5 minutes drive and is home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Area Information
Champions Gate is less than 5 minutes drive from our doorstep and there you will find a supermarket for any provisions you may need, gas stations, restaurants, liquor store, bank, pharmacy and so much more.
Posner Park retail shopping mall is under 10 minutes drive and has many well known stores including JC Penney, Target and Best Buys.
We are also well located if you wish to visit Busch Gardens, Tampa or all that the Gulf Coast resorts have to offer.

Wonderful home!!!!!

We were at the home for a month and really enjoyed everything about it. There were 4 of us and we are retired and would recommend Roslyn and Jim's home to everyone. We have already booked it for the month of March again next year. The home was clean and the pool heated was just great. Looking forward to it again next year. The neighborhood is so quiet and well maintained also. Thanks again for everything Roslyn you were a joy to work with.

We have rented many homes around the country in the past. This Davenport Home in Florida topped them all. First of all the communications and transactions were smooth and easy. The house had everything we needed and more. I would definitely rent this home again. It is immaculate and up to date with all the modern amenities. If this is your first time visiting orlando or not this home is the place to be. Best vacation ever thank you roslyn we enjoy the vacation home you were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It's beautiful, very spacious, very clean, everything u need is provided for you. You could actually stay home and enjoy the games, pool and the home. There is something to do for all ages. This was my first time and I recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you again Roslyn for making our stay in Orlando magical. I will be back for sure.

Our family 4 adults and one child have enjoyed the stay in the house. The house was cleaned very properly by the cleaning staff. The house is very spacious and in the garage the pool table and fitness equipment is very enjoyable. The swimmingpool is very good and well protected for small kids.The driving distance to the attraction parks is very convinient. We recommend for smaller kids the Legoland park about 1/2 hour driving distance. The publix supermarket close to the home is well assorted.

We had such a great stay in this villa in Florida ! First, the location is very safe and the environment is great, it is also the ideal place to go to the parks, it is really easy and fast. The store Publix that is just a few minutes from the villa is perfect in terms of goods and price, and above all the villa is wonderful, well decorated and furnished (beds are so comfortable) and the pool is so great to relax after a day in the parks. There is a road just near by and we were afraid of the noise, but it is not a problem at all since what you hear is actually the songs of birds with the smell of pine trees. Thanks so much to Roslyn who answered all my numerous questions and has always been so nice. Actually the only problem in this villa is to leave it !

A Nice Home Away From Home

Although we live less than an hour away, we wanted to be closer to our family who was visiting from out of state. We were not disappointed with the rental of this villa and feel that it was definitely a value. The photos and video are an accurate snapshot of the villla. It is very spacious. We had 4 kids from the ages of 15 years to 18 mos and each was entertained. One of the days the children had so much fun there, they didn't even want to go hang out with family. Why would anyone ever want to rent a suite again when you can get all of this space?? I don't think you would be disappointed with your selection of this property. The location is a plus. We are very familiar with the theme parks in the area and the location of this villa is not far at all from any of them. Roslyn was a delight to interact with. She responded quickly and was very open to any and all questions that we had. Reflecting on our stay, there is nothing that I could say that should have been in the villa or should have been done to make our stay any better.....our family highly recommends this property.

Multi-Family Vacation

We had such a great time at the Villa last week! It wasn't the first time we have rented a vacation home in Orlando, but it was the first time we had stayed here. When we arrived, we found everything exactly as we had been told. Such a clean, organized home to enjoy our vacation in. Everything was marked and the information folder left was complete and very helpful. I wish I could explain how much fun our families had. My son (9 years old) said on the day we were leaving the Villa "We should have stayed here instead of going to the theme parks and enjoyed it more". That is a pretty telling statement from a child who had been counting down the days until he got into Universal again to hop on the Simpson ride! I hope you all will have as great of an experience as we did!!

Wonderful Holiday

This is a very comfortable home to spend your holiday, and so spacious for friends and family. Wonderful back yard pool and comfortable outdoor furniture. Some of our family were able to spend 10 days with us, and loved their holiday too. Everyone had a bedroom and their own 'space', and they loved the pool time. We were so fortunate to have perfect weather, sunny almost every day. Great location for shopping, or going to Disney or Universal Studios. Beautiful entrance to the community, grounds perfectly kept. Very co-operative owners who are only an email away. Would recommend this home highly. A Spring Break to Remember!!

I was blessed with the responsibility of taking my 6 foster children(all under the age of 10) to see MICKEY. I can tell you that our vacation home was very warm and comfortable. Everything you could imagine was there to accomidate our stay. The game room was a plus on that one raining day we had during our stay. Location was key...we were within 10mile of all the theme parks, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Not to mention the late night run to Walgreens (cough meds) The Davies' thought of everything. I highly recommend their home if you are looking for the perfect "SANTUARY" to retire to after a long day at Disney. The kids really enjoyed the warm pool and the backyard space. We had a ball. They are asking already....Mommy, when are we going back. I pray that God's allow me go make this a family tradition. Thank you Roslyn Davies.

On arriving my first word was “Wow”. Words can’t describe how wonderful this vacation home is. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, from pool towels to pool table. It is the best equipped rental home I have ever stayed in and even has champagne flutes in case you are celebrating a special occasion. The private rear aspect is great and with lots of padded pool furniture on which to relax. There is even an air conditioned poolside toilet so you don’t have to stray too far from the pool! The 3 full baths saved us a lot of time in the morning when rushing to the parks. Every bedroom has a TV/ DVD player and there is a large library of movies. Free telephone calls were a bonus, especially with no limit on the length of time I could chat. The wireless internet access meant we could also stay in touch by email. The location was perfect with Disney being an easy 15 minute drive from our doorstep. Shops and restaurants were only 5 minutes away. We’ll be

My family has stayed here several times now, and we have even booked up for our next holiday stay. We found the villa very clean and well maintained. The location is great, with the Disney parks about 10 minutes away, but still manages to be located in a quiet and private estate. My nephew enjoyed the games room which has a pool table, and we even had our own mini tournament going. I found the owners really friendly and helpful when answering all my initial queries, and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of visiting Florida.
