The prestigeous gated community of 'THE MANORS' is situated in one of the most sought-after areas for vacation rental properties - HWY27, Davenport. Hwy27 is perfectly situated within easy access to I4 and RT192. There are numerous shops, restuarants and supermarkets including a brand new WAL-MART only 5 minutes from your door.

The Manors location is quiet and a beautifully maintained development, it is close to all amenities and offers an excellent base for your next Florida Vacation. It offers you a small clubhouse, with fitness gym, TV lounge,reading room, community pool. There's also a small childs play area, volley ball & basketball/Tennis Courts a short walk away and recently added FREE WI-FI internet service, just bring your laptop!
