With 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two master suites, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, great room, air-conditioned game room, high-speed internet access and a large private screened pool, the villa has everything you can ask for in a dream vacation home. Accommodating up to 14 people comfortably, it provides the perfect setting for a large family reunion or a get-together of two or three small families.

Located in the gated community of Sunset Ridge, Davenport, the villa is within 10 miles to Disney main gate and 20 miles to Universal Studio. Sunset Ridge is on US 27, only half a mile from Highway I-4 exit 55. I-4 offers fast and easy access to Disney Theme Parks, which are at I-4 exit 62. A huge new shopping mall Posner Park has opened in March 2008 right across I-4. The villa is also within 10 minutes drive of a number of award-winning golf courses, making it the ideal choice for golfers. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms, two of them are master suites with their private bathroom, walk-in closet and cable TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms and a bedroom/sitting room combo. This 6th bedroom has a queen size sleep sofa and TV as extra sitting area during the day and for sleep during the night when needed. There are total 9 beds in the villa (1 King, 2 Queens, 6 Twins) plus 1 sofa sleeper and 1 crib.

The spacious great room is the center of the villa, providing entertainment and relaxation as well as access to all other rooms and the pool. It has a sofa set and an entertainment center. There is a flat screen TV with cable channels, a VCR player, a DVD player and a game cube for those who prefer to unwind indoor after a long day of hard play. For the ultimate in outdoor relaxation, head for the covered lanai that is fitted with plush patio furniture and the private screened pool that can be heated at your option.

The extra large kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, ice-maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, cooking and dining utensils. Whether you miss your home gourmet or would like to cut cost over expensive restaurant dining, all you need is to pick up grocery from a nearby store. There is also a dining area with a table for 8. BBQ grill is available upon your request.

The two-car garage has been converted into an air-conditioned game room with full-size pool table to provide additional fun activities. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility room. Baby gear is available at no extra charge. Pool and lawn are maintained weekly by property manager who can also be contacted for extra cleaning service or any problems you may have during your stay in the villa.

I loved the pool it was clean and the surrounding area was pleasant. The beds we had were not very comfortable, we are used to sleeping on the air type bed. The kids had alot of room to run around in. The TVs had good reception. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was easy to work in, the appliances were not working up to par. Overall I would rent this house again. The owner is very easy to contact and made our stay very nice.

We had a wonderful time in this home. Our family came down to Florida from Ohio and North Carolina to witness our wedding day.The villa was close to Orlando International Airport so arriving guests did not have a long drive before they could start relaxing.The home is very spacious and comfortable.All of the bedrooms were nice with plenty of storage space for clothes and baggage.The pool is great to hang out in when you just want to "stay home" and relax.This villa is just minutes away from Orlando attractions but still far enough away that you don't deal with a busy tourist area.This is the ideal place for families to come together and have a great time in Florida.The mangt. service for the community is prompt and reliable.The ammenities were a nice touch as well.It definately beat getting resort rooms or a hotel.The owner of the house, Jane, is a wonderful person and we recommend this home 2 anyone looking for a nice Florida vacation.I know we'll be back and Jane will b who I call.
