Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Luxury spacious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa with two master suites and large private screened heated pool is located 1.5 mile south of highway 27 and road 192, with quick and easy access to highway 27 and I-4. sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is 12 minutes from Disney World and near all the major attractions. and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is a super Walmart just a 2 minute drive away
Two master suites with walk-in closets, 20 inch cable TV. Both have queen size bed. Third and fourth bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the closet.

Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for sitting during day and sleep during the night. Spacious Great Room has large sofa, loveseat and coffee table. There are one 27inch flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player, VCR and alarm clock/radio. Free Internet access including wireless access.

All bedrooms with TV and 100 cable channels

The fully fitted large kitchen with dining area has a large size refrigerator with icemaker, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, phone and dishwasher. The large formal dining table has six chairs with it.

The screened lanai and super sized private heated pool and extended deck with children safety fence is a great place to swim and play or sit and relax. Patio furniture and pool toys are available for your usage.

• Deposits: USD $200 security depsit for reservation. The security deposit shall be the sum of TWO HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$200.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
   
• Other Fees: Pool heat (up to 83 F): $125/week Gas BBQ Grill: $35/week A $90 cleaning fee will be charged for stay less than 7 nights. Rates does not include 12% sales tax
