Our villa is a 3 bed / 2 bath courtyard villa which is situated in one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities - TUSCAN HILLS!

Furnished to the highest of standards for your comfort and enjoyment.

LIVING AREA
The living room with its open plan design, vaulted ceiling and tiled floor provides a light airy atmosphere which is the ideal enviroment to relax and unwind after a long day at the parks.

Relax on one of the 3 sofas while watching cable on the large 37' LCD TV/DVD. Alternatively make use of our extensive DVD library, or why not play games on the X Box 360 games console provided.

Patio doors open out from the living area onto the pool deck.

A telephone is provided with FREE local and long distance calls. International calls can be made using the FREE phone card provided.

DINING AREA
The dining area consists of a large dining table with seating for 6 guests. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

A second set of patio doors lead from the dining area out on to the pool deck.

BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom - King bed (UK superking), 2 bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror, 20' LCD TV/DVD with cable, radio alarm clock and telephone. Large walk in closet.

En Suite Bathroom - Consists of large shower, WC and twin basins

Queen Bedroom - Queen bed (UK king), bedside cabinet, large dresser with mirror, 20' LCD TV/DVD with cable, radio alarm clock, built in closet.

Twin Bedroom - 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, large chest drawers, 20' LCD TV/DVD with cable, radio alarm clock, built in closet.

Bathroom 2 - Located between the queen and twin bedroom. Consists of bath, over bath shower, WC and basin.

Area Description

Tuscan Hills is located on US 27 just one mile from the intersection with US 192 and close enough to the I4 to allow easy access to all major theme parks and attractions, with Walt Disney World being just 10 minutes away.

You will be within minutes of all essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, super Wal-Mart and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

For golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter school of golf.

Our home is the perfect base for a truely fantastic vacation

Resort facilities include a Mediterranean style clubhouse which boasts a fitness room, childrens indoor playroom, pool, fooseball, internet access and lounge area. Outside, the covered lanai overlooks a tennis court, sand volleyball, childrens playarea and palm garden.
