Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Sunset Villa - situated in Sunset Ridge, a peaceful gated community surrounded by orange groves. The villa was completed in 2005 and was built by Mercedes Homes.
The spacious accomadation includes 2 master ensuites, another full size room and 2 twin rooms. There are 4 full bathrooms in total - one with direct access to the pool area. In addition to the large lounge area, there is a separate den area.
The South facing pool has an enlarged deck area with plenty of pool side furniture and loungers and is fully enclosed by a pool screeen. It also has a covered Lanai area is you require a bit of shade!
The games room has a pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts.
Sunset Ridge is set just off the US27 with easy access to the I-4. It is approx 12 minutes to Disney World and 25 minutes to other premier parks. Busch Garden is about 60 minutes away. There are restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses all within 5 - 10 minutes from the villa. It is approx 45 minutes from MCO airport.
