A spacious, brand new (July 2007) 4 bed pool home close to the attractions and located in the quiet, popular community of Sandy Ridge, Davenport, Florida.
Spacious accommodation througout including a King Size master bedroom suite (on the ground floor), family room (with sofa bed), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, games room, queen size bedroom, & 2 twin bedrooms (plus a cot).
Important for all Florida vacations is the oversized 30ft private swimming pool (heating optional), fully screened with plenty of deck area and pool side furniture. There's also a covered lanai area and a kiddies safety fence between the villa and the pool!
Area Description
Being close to great routes such as Interstate 4 and Hwy 192 makes planning those all important days out to parks, beaches or shopping that much easier. Florida's beautiful coastline is also within easy reach and has many great beaches to offer, from the quiet white sands of St Pete's to the fast pace of Clearwater, and with one of the closest (Cocoa Beach) being just over an hour's drive away, they
are definitely well worth a visit.
Although golfers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to golf courses, Sandy Ridge is within a few minutes drive of the popular Champions Gate Golfing Resort offering some great championship courses to suit all handicaps. A supermarket, shopping strip and some fine restaurants are also located at Champions Gate, with Hwy 192 offering an abundance of gift shops, food outlets, helicopter
rides, a variety of fun family activities and much, much more.

We had a great time staying at our home in Davenport. Everything was very good with our house. If I had it to do over I would have choosen to have the pool water heated, it was cold. Also the A/C does not do a good job. If set at 74 the house was 78 to 80 degrees. Great location, close to everything. It would also have been nice if it had a grill. There is info on renting one for the week for a reasonable fee. I would stay there again without question.
The house was great. Clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. The only thing I would have appreciated, is more cooking equipment in the kitchen. We love to cook and found the kitchen was lacking.
We had a wonderful stay at Summer Breeze in Davenport. The layout of the villa was all we could ask for with three of the bedrooms on the second floor. the pool was very clean and the layout much nicer than another villa we visited when in Florida. The management people provided a new barbeque and delivered new controllers for the playstation the day after the request was put in--great response time--The villa was very spacious and no-one seemed to be crowded or inconvenienced--a party of 8. Would recommend this villa to anyone planning to stay in the Orlando area!!!
This vacation home is wonderful it is very quiet and very clean community. There is a beautiful pool and nice patio funiture. The bedrooms are big rooms but the master bedroom needs a more comfortable mattress that would be the only negative thing about this house. We will defineatly stay there again. No more hotel rooms for us. This house is very close to the attraction with easy access to any parks.
This lovely home was perfect for me and my family. Our vacation was made so much more enjoyable because of this beautiful home, and the great location. Our best vacation to date by far. We plan to come back. The Clegg family

This house is very close to everything there is to do in Orlando. Being just off interstate 4 makes it an easy drive to all the theme parks and shopping. It was so nice to return to a beautiful home after a long day in the parks. The kids just loved the heated pool. We will be back!
