Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our holiday villa features 3 bedooms,2 bathrooms and a south facing pool that is not overlooked.
The lounge/dining area has a laminated wood floor and alarmed French windows leading to the pool. The breakfast bar is open to the kitchen area. The room has a cable television,DVD and CD players and two large, comfortable sofas. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6.

All the other rooms lead off from the family room

The kitchen is approximately 16 foot by 12 foot with a breakfast nook by the window. There is a large fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave, large cooker, toaster and blender. It is equipped with all the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, impressive dressing table, bedside tables with lamps and cable TV. The window overlooks the pool. It has a large walk-in closet.

The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and twin vanity basins. There is an external door leading to the pool lanai.

Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a tub and integral shower.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, aa television and a walk in closet. It is decorated with an outer space theme

Bedroom 3 is of a similar size to bedroom 2 but is furnished with a queen bed. It also has a television and a walk-in closet and the window looks out on the front garden.

The pool and lanai are 21 by 34 foot. The pool is completely screened and is in an unusually large garden which is completely fenced in and, therefore, private and not overlooked. The lanai has luxury pool side loungers and table with umbrella

Our beautiful 3-bedroomed villa is located in Briargrove and is ideally situated for Kissimmee and Orlando. Briargrove is a peaceful residential district off County road 54. With a mixture of rental and full time residents the area offers a variety of amenities designed to make your stay in Orlando, Florida an enjoyable experience. Driving time to Disneyworld is just 12-15 minutes, enabling you to return to your holiday villa for lunch and a quick dip in the pool before returning to Disneyworld for the evening's festivities.

It is situated 2 miles from the Interstate 4 making it a great base to visit all the theme parks and explore all the shops, supermarkets and the hundreds restaurants that Kissimmee has to offer. There is a Publix supermarket just 5 minutes from your holiday villa, handy for those everyday essentials. In addition to the major theme parks, within the area you will also find activities such as golf, fishing, jet ski, bungee jumping, go-karting, horse riding, air boats and many more all within easy reach of your Orlando vacation home. In fact there are 5 golf course all with 10 miles of your holiday villa.

The historic downtown district of old town Kissimmee is located on Lake Tohopekaliga and features walking tours, antique shops, dining and sightseeing.

Nightlife in Kissimmee includes Arabian Knights, Medieval Times and Capon's dinner shows not to mention downtown Disney.

The villa was perfect for a family of four with young children. The pool was great but a call was needed to get it heated. Very clean and all the family needs were met with this fully furnished home. I would have rated it a perfect 5 stars if the lawn care would have cut the grass upon our arrival instead of our departure. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay and we would consider future vacations to this villa. Thank You, Brenda Cook and rental staff.

My husband and I had a great time in your rental home. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. We were able to take our dog, who had a good time, too, because he wasn't in a kennel! Loved the layout of the home and the privacy. Started the day with a nice walk in the neighborhood, and ended it with a relaxing swim in the pool, with visiting friends and other activities in between. Very close to shopping, but not to any noisy roads. We could cook a nice meal and stay in to relax, or go out to eat. I would like to go back soon; hope it isn't booked when I am able to go to Florida again. Thanks so much for making possible such a wonderful time in Davenport, Florida. Marcella Smith, Ohio
