The property is fully furnished and comprises of 5 bedrooms. The two masters (king sized beds) have their own ensuite bathrooms in addition to the main house bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you expect and the dining area and breakfast bar make it easy for flexible meal times. The main famility room has two very comfortable sofas and the large TV includes Brighthouse cable and DVD player. TV's are also included in every bedroom.

A second family room includes two more sofas and is home to the PS2 console and games. Our new games room includes a professional 8 foot pool table. We have done our best to ensure everything you could need is on hand to make your vacation a pleasure.

Area Description

Our luxury villa is located in the peaceful Sunset Ridge gated community which is just South West of Orlando. Located close by US highway 27 and just over one mile from Interstate-4 at junction 55, it's an ideal location.

There are plenty of local shops, restaurants and gas stations on the US-27 with new ones coming all the time. There is also a Publix and Wal*Mart Supermarkets as well as Walgreens (pharmacy) and a 7-11 store. The brand new Posner point retail park opened in Spring 2008 and is situated at Junction-55 of the I-4 Freeway. This multi-million dollar retail park boasts some massive names such as J.C.Penny, Dicks Sporting Goods, Super Target, Game Store, Best Electricals, Starbucks, Books-a-million and many more on the way. As for eating out all tastes are catered for locally, with everything from McDonalds, Wendys, Dennys, Bob Evans, China Buffet, Subway, Perkins, etc etc. There is also The-Pub which also serves food and several international beverages in its sports bar with big screen satellite sports coverage

Deposits: Just $150 per week secures your dates. If arrival date 8 weeks or less then full amount due. $350 refundable security deposit required on all bookings - Returned to you approx 2 weeks after you departure assuming no breakages/damages have occured. PLEASE NOTE : Weekly Rate shown is From $899 - total rate varies with Season/Total in Party.
Other Fees: Optional Pool Heating (Oct-Apr) at $25 Per day. Extra Cleaning if required (POA) PLEASE NOTE : Weekly Rate shown is FROM $849 - final rate varies with Season/Total in Party.
