Our villa is within the exclusive gated Sunset Ridge community, which is just 12 minutes quick, and easy drive to Disney and close to all the amazing attractions that Orlando has to offer. Sitting between Champions Gate and Southern Dunes Golf courses with a many new shops and restaurants very close by, we have everything you could ever want for your perfect vacation, including a brand new games room with 8 foot real Slate Pool Table.

Based on Sunset Ridge, this select-gated community is close by the brand new Polk county visitors centre situated at Posner park on the US-27.

With great access links to the US-27 and the Interstate-4 highways, allowing you get to golf courses, theme parks (Disney in 12 mins) and shopping centres very easily and quickly.

Local shops include several petrol/gas stations, and eating-places such as ; Perkins, McDonalds, Wendy's and Dennys, there is also a 7-11 store and 'The Pub'.

The nearest Pharmacy (Walgreens) is a very short drive away as are Wal*Mart and Publix Superstores.

We can easily be reached from all three main airports in the region; Orlando, Sanford and Tampa.

Champions Gate golf and many more quality courses are a few minutes drive away.
