My Family and I stayed in this very clean well appointed home . We loved the quiet area with the many places to walk in the neighborhood . We enjoyed the almost daily visit of a pair of cranes that would walk along with us . We far enough away from the business of the main amusement parks to have lots of quiet peace by the pool soaking up that wonderful sun . even though we had a couple of cool days the south facing pool area was sheltered and still great to lay out . We appreciated the amenities of a BarBQue and internet + tv and had lots of laughs playing pool . Yes we would go again to this home and area . Also The property management were polite prompt and well organized what more can I say . Thanks for a great stay and wonderful memories.

Absolutely everything we hoped for...and more. The house is in perfect condition. Actually looked like a model home when we walked in. It was super clean, had all the amenities and the owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back next year, for our annual girls' trip to Disney. Only one caveat...don't park your car anywhere near the grass. You can park on the street, (which we didn't understand, since the streets are so narrow), but not one wheel can be touching the grass. One of our cars got towed within 10 minutes of parking. No knock on the door. Nothing. $125 later...That sucked!

Everything was wonderful. The home was beautiful and the pool was awesome!!. Only a couple of things need to change. I think all bedrooms, especially for the kids, NEED televisions for they can't watch everything. Thank God I brought a dvd player & tapes :) Also, the internet went out just about every day. Kind of hard to use laptops/Ipad. But it was still a GREAT VACATION & WE WILL RETURN !!! THANKS SIMON:)

This house was awesome. We were a party of 12 and we all fit very comfortably. I really liked the layout of the house. It was nice to get back to the house for a nice swim after a long day at the Disney parks, which were really close about 15 minutes away. The owner was always so helpful and answered my questions promptly. I would definitely consider staying in this rental home on our next vacation.

The layout of the house was spacious. We had 10 people in our party. This house was big enough to fit all of us comfortably with room to spare. The pool (with safety features )was a great perk to entertain six chldren ages 3-11. The location of the house was reasonably close to all convenience stores and attractions. We would most definately recommend this house to any of our friends or families. If there were any down side; The carpet could use a good cleaning. However, the rest of the house appeard nice. The owners of the rental property are very easy to contact and answered any questions we had.

Great Place a for Big Family

We were very happy with the house and the location. The house was near great food places and shopping. The neighborhood was nice. I like the idea of a policeman riding around, but he'll get you if you don't stop at the stop signs. The pool was nice. The kitchen was very big and was furnished great. The bathrooms were nice also. The Family room furniture sit a little low to the floor and could have use a couple of side chairs or maybe a recliner. I didn't hear anyone complain about not been able to sleep comfortable because everyone had a bed to sleep in. Our family is so big usually someone has to sleep on the floor on a air bed, but this house had rooms and beds for us all and the price was in our budget. This is a great place we hope to visit again.

The house was beautiful.. I was very skeptical being I had never rented a home before.. i was very pleased.. The house was very clean, and the pool was great. The kids wanted to stay at the house more than they wanted to go to the parks.. I would definately recommend others to rent a house verses hotels in the future..

This home is absolutely lovely. It looks better than the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The rooms were lovely. I also liked how the living area was centralized to all of the bedrooms. Do not use Map Quest, I got lost finding the property. Other than that it was easy to get anywhere I needed to get. The trip to Walt Disney World could not have been easier. Again, wonderful house.
