Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our beautiful lakeside villa is situated in the upmarket development of Bridgewater Crossing, only 15 minutes drive from Disney's Magic Kingdom. The villa is situated on one of the largest plots in Bridgewater Crossing. The lawn slopes down to a lake providing a beautiful setting from the screened pool which measures 26'x12'. The pool faces west allowing guests to relax in the pool watching the sun set at the end of the day. The sun covers the entire pool area by late morning. The villa is fully furnished to the highest standard and the open plan design of the property gives a spacious and comfortable feeling inside. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and overlooks the lounge area which is equipped with 28" TV, DVD/VCR and PS2. Digital TV is installed offering 200 channels to our guests. All bedrooms are fitted with 15" televisions with remote control. We also offer guests free calls inside the US and Canada as well a high speed wireless internet. Located only three miles from the prestigious Champions Gate golf course, the villa is ideally situated for the main attractions and the area's other leading golf courses, as well as close proximity to great shopping outlets and restaurants. There is also free use of the communal swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts. Bridgewater Crossing's relaxing and quiet environment is the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Kissimmee while still being close enough to venture out at night to sample the many restaurants and bars on offer.

3/9/07:Dawn & Mick have a simply wonderful home for anyone to rent here.This home accommodated 8 people with room to spare.Everything here was better than described.Driving to Disney and Seaworld was so easy as you didnt need to drive into Orlando, traffic was a pleasure.  A Fantastic 2 Days, February 28, 2007

I contacted the owner of this villa a week before the days I wanted to rent it and he was fantastic. He was very patient and explained the process of renting the villa in great detail. As if contacting him a week before I wanted to stay wasn't enough, I had special requests of wanted to get in the house early and check out a little late. He was wonderful and worked with his management company to meet our need. I highly recommend this villa. The house is beautiful and spacious with materials one would need if they were in their own home.

We were all delighted and surprised at the space and luxury the villa offered. We felt at home and relaxed the moment we arrived. The peace and quiet of the surrounding area - plus endless hot sunny days was sublime; and the pool was an added bonus for the children. On site we also enjoyed the play area for under 5's and the Easter Egg Hunt as well as an immaculate community pool, basketball and tennis courts. The location for Disney, Sea World and the other theme parks was great, and we spent quite a few days at Downtown Disney, a favourite of our little 3 year old. The villa is well equipped with TV in all rooms, games for the children and videos. All in all a fantastic stay. We will be back!
