Luxury villa sleeps 10 people with ease, with own pool and extended pool deck, southwest facing for maximum sun and with no rear facing neighbours. Situated off Highway 27, approximately 15 minutes from Disney and other major attractions. Championship golf courses nearby along with local shops and restaurants. This villa provides full air-conditioning a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,fridgefreezer, luxuriously furnished throughout with free local telephone calls. Lounge area with cable TV, DVD/VCR and CD Player. Master bedrooms with en-suite facilities and TV's and 2 Twin bedded rooms with 1 shared bathroom, all bed linen and towels are provided along with a free safe to master closet for storing valuables. All doors exiting pool area are fitted with child friendly security alarms. This home is strictly non smoking for the comfort of all our guests although smoking will be permitted outside on the pool deck area. Sorry but no pets allowed
