Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Our luxurious villa with private pool overlooks a conservation area. Our fully air conditioned villa boasts 2 master suites, both with queen sized beds and full en-suite facilities. Both master suites have direct access to the pool which can be heated on request. There are two twin-bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom, making it ideal for 2 families to share. The villa consists of ceiling fans to the bedrooms, lounge and lanai, a 32 inch LCD/HDTV in the lounge and 3 cable TV's. There is a separate TV room for the kids with Xbox and games. There is also a gamesroom which consists of a pool table, foosball (table football) and a basketball game.
The setting is the perfect base for your holiday home in Orlando. Calabay Parc in Davenport is a much sought after vacation rental community. Set within beautiful orange groves, this peaceful community is immaculately maintained and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The villa is within 10-15 minutes of all the major attractions and an hours drive to the beaches.

North on Highway 27 will take you to a large Publix Supermarket, Chinese Restaurant (which delivers), Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Creperie, McDonalds, Nail and Hair salons, Wal-Marts Superstore and Highway 192 where you will find some of the best shopping and most popular restaurant chains in the U.S.
The villa is within 10-15 minutes of all the major attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios etc.

Felt like being at home!, May 1, 2009 We are already missing your villa and the wonderful time we had while there. It was perfect for our family and we could relax so much better than ever before in a conventional hotel setting. Very, very comfortable and well appointed.
