Month of heaven

My husband and I stayed at the Villa for the month of February and enjoyed everything it had to offer. It is like a home away from home. Our son, daughter-in-law and our three month old twin grandsons came and stayed for 10 days with us and there was plenty of room and we had privacy when we needed it. The villa is in an excellant area with everything in close proximatey to Calaby Parc. We had great weather, it was so nice to get away from the cold and snow here at home. The people in Calabay Parc are very friendly. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you Wendy for letting us into your lovely home. Darlene & Art

A Fabulous Vacation!

Overall, our experience at this villa was very positive and provided an excellent retreat after spending seven days at a Disney resort. The villa was spacious, with plenty of room for our two families of three. The house was immaculately clean upon our arrival and we were pleased to find plenty of towels as well as extra blankets and pillows. The pool, games room, and x-box were fabulous bonuses, especially for children aged 10 and 14! Our only minor grievance was with the wi-fi that did not work for our laptop and Apple products. We attempted to reach the agent who offered one suggestion to try to get the wi-fi to work, but this was still not successful. When we emailed her a second time to inform her of this, we did not get a reply. Needless to say, this was somewhat of any inconvenience and a bit of a "hassle" for our 14-year old who had already been without internet connection for a week! There were also several times when the phone lines were dead for an extended period of time. This may, however, have been due to weather conditions as there were thunderstorms in the area at the time. Again, we enjoyed our stay at this villa and would recommend it to anyone vacationing in the Orlando area. We look forward to returning soon!

This home was beautiful!!! The home offered every single amenity we needed for our family. There is a games room, and Xbox with games in another room, and a pool with no backyard neighbors. They TV in the livingroom had a DVD player with movies, and books stored in the TV stand. There were stuffed animals for my little ones to play with. The home was located close to a grocery store, Walmart, shopping mall, and restaurants. The home is only 15min drive to parks. My family and I enjoyed our stay!!!

the house was beautiful, the rooms were wery contorble. the kids love the pool...also the the game room... i loved it and most of all is really closed to all the theme parks!!!! also a lot of stores nears by.... we planned to rent this property again in the near feature!!!!

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The bedrooms were big. The living room was comfortable and relaxing. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved it. The grill was also great to have. 15 minutes from Disney and Sea World. Easy to get to all the venues! Plus great eating places close. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this home again!

Excellent Villa

We really enjoyed the one week in the Villa. It is close to all the Parks as well the area has many Golf Course to chose from. We traveled with two other couples and had plenty of room. We had a problem with the Pool Heater and the Property Mgr was quick to have it back up and running. The Villa has all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this Villa as great value for the dollar.

We had a fantastic time staying at Wendy and Liam Kinsella's home. It's so cozy and comfortable. We all felt right at home, and what a difference it makes returning at night from a hectic day of enjoying theme parks, to such a warm and inviting home.
