This is a two story house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms built the year 2005. It is very bright and cozy. This house is fully furnished and beautifully decorated by the professional interior designer. It is equipped with all the amenities to fully meet your satisfaction. We have luxury furniture, art pictures in every room. There is a screened private heated pool and spa with safety fence for your relaxation. There is a security system in the house too.

This quiet, peaceful and spacious villa can accommodate any size family up to fourteen (14) people very comfortable -two or even three families can enjoy this vacation rental home. The family room is open to the kitchen and breakfast nook. You can overlook the peaceful view of the pool when you sit in the livingroom. The kitchen is completed with every amenity that you would expect to find the stove, refrigerator, microwave, the coffee maker, teakettle, toaster and even a full set of plates and glasses. You will feel just like at your own home. Why stay at a hotel room when you can enjoy the comfort of a private home for less. Garage has been converted to a game room.

This is refundable within 4 weeks of departure, subject to satisfactory of the property. The full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: All rates include local stares and resort taxes. Weekly rates apply to 7 days stay. Pool heated fee $190.00 per week. One time cleaning fee $110. Additional house keeping if requested for an additional fee.
