Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our beautiful 5-bedroomed fully air conditioned villa is furnished to a very high standard. The villa, set on a south facing plot comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday, including a safety deposit box and FREE wireless internet access so if you need to bring your laptop and work you can do it in the sunshine. The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the living room and all bedrooms have remote controlled cable TV. With two master bedrooms two families could share in the utmost of comfort, alternatively one family would have no trouble relaxing in this spacious villa. This superb new 5 bed/3.5 bath villa has an extended sun deck and beautiful pool and spa area. Patio doors lead out to the fully screened, south facing deck area and the pool is serviced and cleaned weekly. Arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months and sun loungers, patio chairs and table are provided. There is free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children 's play area. Our luxurious home is equipped with 6 cable TV's, DVD, upgraded kitchen appliances, hand picked high grade furnishings and consists of a large open plan family room looking out onto the pool area. A living room which has two sofas, one of which is a queen size sofa bed. A further dining area and the luxury kitchen, with breakfast table and chairs, a breakfast bar and stools, fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, fridge freezer with ice- maker, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, telephone with modem outlet. Down stairs is a master bedroom with a large closet, cable TV and patio doors opening onto the pool area, it adjoins a bathroom fitted with bath, shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer and a further twin bedded room again with large closet and cable TV. Leading to the garage which has been converted to a games room housing a pool/table tennis table, air hockey,dart board and table football. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a further downstairs toilet. Upstairs is the galleried landing which houses a den area and a PS2 away from the main living areas or alternatively relax with a book or play a few games.There are two further twin bedded rooms each with cable TV and large closets. They share another bathroom equipped once again with hairdryer, bath, shower and toilet. The other spacious master bedroom has two large walk in closets cable TV and a King size bed. The luxury en-suite bathroom has his and hers hand basins, a large walk in shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer. All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks so there 's no excuse for missing any part of your superb holiday and towels and bed linen are provided.

Area Description

Highgate Park is a prestigious gated holiday community located in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192,only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses and less than 15 minutes drive to Disney World.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive away. The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses.
For a family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and Cypress Gardens are within 30 minutes drive, the nearest one being only 10 mins away
The Atlantic coast and the Kennedy space centre is an hour and 15 mins away
The Gulf coast is only an hour and a half away
Walt Disney World 12 minutes; International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios etc 20 minutes
Orlando International Airport 25 minutes

What a beautiful villa! We all spent a lot of time outside and in the pool which is lovely, and indoors we wanted for nothing - the whole house very well equipped. The location is also fantastic, very central for Disney, shopping malls, Sea World and of course Walmart!! We bought just about everything we needed there and the prices are very good. We made good use of the BBQ and had fun in the games room. We have had a lovely holiday, we don't want to go home and we would definitely recommend it.

Lovely property, has all you could desire. During our stay, lots of construction work which was unfortunate. Could do with an information folder containing housekeeping details, information on local facilities and helpful details such as local docyor etc in case of an emergency.

Tip for parents with small children, it's cheaper to buy stroller from Walmart than renting it from theme parks. For eg. buy $10-15, Disney charge $8 a day. As said before, lovely property and would recommend it to others.

Lovely property, but we were under the impression that the master downstairs was ensuite! The decor was lovely inside and I appreciated the extended decking. Beautiful villa, prime location. We (The Thompsons) have been many time to Florida and to introduce our friends to this on their first visit was perfect. This is by far the best we have ever stayed in and we all agree we will definitely be returning.

Even with dull weather our spirits weren't dampened.

As I am sure you are use to hearing.... the house was beautiful. Clean & in perfect order when my parents arrived. Right up my cleaning obsessed mother's ally! She took to vacuuming herself every other day! We finally yelled at her to stop...that you would be paying someone to clean an already clean house! Your home was comfortable, the pool PERFECTLY warmed, and all the amenities in order!

Again, your home is beautiful, well maintained and will recommend it to anyone we know visiting the Disney area. In case anyone asks me...do you also rent by the week certain months of the year?
