Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Situated on Highway 27 this beautiful single storey villa is located on an oversized corner plot on the quiet community of Royal Palms, yet only 15 minutes from the Disney parks.
This air conditioned villa sleeps 12 comfortably without the need for sofa beds, all rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, a walk in closet and cable TV, and overlooks the pool.
Bedrooms 2 and bedroom 3 both have Queen sized beds and share a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 also has cable TV.
Bedroom 4 also has a Queen sized bed and overlooks the pool, there is a bathroom with shower next door which leads out to the pool.
Bedroom 5 & 6 are twin rooms with bedroom 5 having a TV, Playstation 2 which can also double up as a 2nd DVD player.
All bathrooms have hairdryers provided.
All doors leading to the pool area are fitted with child alarms.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen complete with all the appliances you could possibly need for your stay. This area also has a dining area. A breakfast /cocktail bar separates the kitchen from the lounge which features two sofas, cable TV, stereo system and DVD/video player.

From the lounge patio doors leads directly to the pool area which has a fully screened south facing pool allowing you to top up your tan at any time of the day and is fenced for that extra privacy.

The gates to all Disney parks including Animal Kingdom,MGM Studios,Epcot,The Magic Kingdom and Blizzard Beach is only 15 minutes drive away. Other theme parks in the vicinity are Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.Daytona beach and Kennedy Space Center are about 1 hours drive away.The nearest Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes away for all your provisions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and also a great pub which does lovely pizzas.
Florida is the golf capital of the USA, there are 130 golf courses within a 30 mile radius of Orlando and we are located close to numerous golf courses including the Executive Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve.

Our villa is situated just 15 minutes from Disney on Highway 27. On Higway 27 there are plenty of restaurants including Perkins, Bob Evans and plenty of take aways. A Wal-mart is located just 10 mins drive away although there are smaller supermarkets nearby. We are next door to Deer Creek Golf Course, and Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate golf courses are only a short distance away.

We had a fantastic time, the villa was close to parks, resturants and shops. The villa was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was fantastic for our grandchildren with child alarms on all doors leading to the pool, we couldn't keep the kids out of the pool, they even learnt to swim. We will definitley be going again and can't wait. Communication with the owner all through the booking process, down to directions was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful time.

An excellent experience - I was hesitant about spending $ based on pictures, but was pleasantly surprised (and relieved) when we arrived. Wonderful location - close to disney, golf courses, outlet malls - yet away from the hustle & bustle. House was clean, spacious and very affordable. Dealing with owner was an easy and pleasant experience and we were provided with detailed instructions prior to our arrival. I'v already inquired about renting again next year.
