The home has two master en-suites with its own private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

It 's a wonderful vacation home. House is located in a well maintained family subdivision with nearby shopping available. Love the house perfect for my kids they loved the heated pool house not far from grocery store and about 20/30 min from parks we had more than enough towels, blankets, pillows. We are definitly planning to rent the house again in the future I do recommend the house. This home worked perfectly for our family.

The rental home was located in a well maintained family subdivision with nearby shopping available. The grandkids really enjoyed their own pool and bedroom. We all experienced a restful springbreak with perfect weather. Considering a return visit in the winter for grandparents and friends! Would of liked to have had more cooking, baking and serving dishes available. Lack of gave me an excuse not to cook and to eat out!!

This home worked perfectly for our family. House had more than enough towels, blankets, pillows, etc... We are definitly planning on coming to Florida again and am looking forward to staying here again. Close enogh to attractions, pool warm and clean, great value.

We found the villa to be in a wonderful neighborhood - quiet and tranquil. The villa itself was spotless and we loved the pool!! We had 3 generations staying in the place and there was plenty of room to do your own thing. We had a small glitch or two while there, but it didn't diminish our stay any and when we contacted the management company they responded quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner and we would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!!! We were close enough to the attractions - just minutes away from everything and grocery stores and pharmacy stores were right down the street from the community.

Very great house. With 4 bedrooms there was enough room for us 5. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. The pool was a blast. Everything you need, you will find in this house. We will be back. Great deal for the money.
