Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our luxury villa comprises of 5 bedrooms of which are 2 Masters, 1 full and 2 Triple Bunk Rooms, sleeping 12 people comfortably. All Bedrooms have Ensuite facilities (4 Bathrooms).

We have our own fully screened pool with spa/jacuzzi (pool/spa heating available, but charges will apply), large deck area (including child safety features), with all patio furniture/loungers etc. that you would require for relaxing by the pool in the Florida sunshine (nothing can beat it!!). For added privacy we have had 'Florida Glass' installed around the bottom of the screened area.

The inside of our villa comprises of everything you would require for that perfect holiday/vacation. We have luxury furniture throughout and have tried to include all extras to help entertain you and your family in all your needs.

Lounge/Family Room
Leather furniture and a 42' plasma television are the focal points of this area, especially chosen for comfort and relaxation after those days out. We have also supplied Cable TV channels (lots to choose from) DVD Player with selection of DVD's to watch and also a CD player for your musical interests.

Dining Area
In the dining area there is a large dining table and chairs (probably for the adults) and in the nook (opposite the dining area) there is another 4 seater table and chairs with a further 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen Area
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped for all your needs. It has all modern appliances including large fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you would require including a ice machine a must for your drinks in the Florida sunshine!

Main Master Suite
The first of the Master Suites is luxuriously designed for comfort. With the upgraded furniture including a King size Bed, Dresser with large mirror and bedside cabinets with LCD TV. The Main suite overlooks the pool and also has access to the deck area outside. You have your own very large Ensuite Bathroom with Large Bath, Large Shower area, Double Hand basins and seperate toilet room. Between the Bedroom and Ensuite is you walk in wardrobe for all those special buys you have found!.

Second Master Suite
Again with your comfort in mind we have recreated the Main Master Suite in this bedroom as far as possible including LCD TV. Again with large wardrobe space, Ensuite Bathroom and access to the pool area, everything you could want.

Bedroom 3
This room is a large Full Size Bedroom tastefully decorated and designed with relaxation in mind, including LCD TV, large wardrobes and Ensuite Bathroom.

Bedrooms 4 & 5
Both of these rooms are designed the same with Triple Bunks Beds in each room, to allow the younger members of your party to have their own space. Each room have TV/DVD combis along with a PS2, games and DVD's. The fourth Bathroom/Ensuite is situated between both of these Bedroom areas, with access from each bedroom.

NB
Hairdryers, towels, bed linen etc is in all areas for your use.

Garage/Games Room
In the games room we have tried to think of your needs. We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Fooseball Table just right for your rest and relaxation times! We have also recently added a 'Nintendo Wii to the games room, which is fun for all the family!!

Surrounding Areas
We are in easy access to all places of interest i.e. Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and all other theme parks. We are situated not far from the junction of the Interstate 4, which gives you easy access to places such as Busch Gardens in Tampa, Clearwater Beach and Kennedy Space Centre to name but a few. We are located within minutes of 24 hours supermarkets, banks, petrol/gas stations, restaurants and gold courses etc.
On our resort we will have lots to do including a gym, tots lot, tennis courts and vollyball courts. Everything is catered for, for your every need.

We have also tried to help you with directions to theme parks and areas of interest. We have included lists of recommended restaurants, areas we have found good for shopping i.e. Malls such as Beltz and the Florida Mall and even individual shops where you would definatley find some bargains. There are other items to help you on your way such as maps and money off coupons.

We are located on Highway 27 within minutes of all the attractions Orlando has to offer!!
We have supermarkets minutes away, along with banks, gas/petrol stations, restaurants,shops and golf courses.
Access to Interstate 4 is easy which opens up your holiday/vacation to get to all the beaches and attractions Florida is renowned for.
Highway 192 is full of everything you could require to complete your holiday!!
