The home is very large. Open concept kitchen, dining area and family room is very, very nice. The pool is huge and owner keeps pool heat at 85 degrees, which was extremely enjoyable, especially because our grandchildren are very young. The pool and hot tub are very nice. We enjoyed it immensely. Just remember at this home you get the morning sun, not afternoon sun. We were ok with that. Nobody got sunburnt on this trip! There are plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. for entertaining. I would recommend bringing extra blankets if you like blankets. All of the mattresses are very nice....no lumpy mattresses here. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The house is decorated very well....feels more like a home than a vacation rental. We love the area. It is only 15 miles from Disney. But, we are out in a super quiet area! You can walk, run, ride bikes in the gated subdivision. Yet, you are only five minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, fast food joints, etc. It is our second visit to Watersong Resort and we will be back!

It was a great place for multiple families. It had a bathroom in every bed room which was awesome. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone with an extended family. The pool was always warm, clean, and relaxing. The home was conveniently located for all our needs. (Grocery store, Wal-Mart, theme parks, church, gas, and restaurant) Thank you for open you home to our family we enjoyed it tremendously. We are looking forward to booking our next visit.

This was a lovely villa and would highly recommend it to any family group. The pool and hot tub were especially a big plus. The trip to downtown Orlando was only about 15 minutes. The villa was spacious and well equiped and very clean and comfortable. There was a c;lub house which we did not use as there was so much to do in the area. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at the villa and the family all agreed that this was one of the best villas we have ever rernted

Raj and Sonu, We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. We had 11 people made up of 2 families, a boyfriend and a family friend. The space was perfect for our group. We could keep our privacy and distance and still be together. We were lacking a couple of items that we feel are necessary. We could not find any kind of pitcher to make beverages in. We also had to wash each day to keep enough bath and kitchen linens clean. A good cookie sheet could have been used too! The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. The neighborhood was very nice and comfortable. The distance from Disney was a little further than we would like, however the house was well worth the drive from the parks. I would definitly recommend your villa to others. Thank you for our great experience!

Christmas at Watersong

We had a great 2 weeks at the Swami's villa in the gated community of Watersong. The villa was really comfortable and had everything we needed and more-we even managed the full English Christmas lunch! Our party included 4 teenagers and 3 adults and, with the beach volley ball, pool table and swimming pool, when we weren't out and about, everyone found something to do in the house or community. We fully recommend the house and thanks Raj for making it a smooth organisational experience all the way through.

Nice house in a very quiet location. Loved having our own pool. Only problem was that the code we were given to get in the gate didnt work so when we got there at 1:20am we couldnt get in. Got everything figured out but took 25 min. After that it was a great vaction.

The villa was beautiful. A great place to relax after a busy day. The grandkids loved the pool. It was nice not to be "on top" of other houses, it felt like we had space! The presence of the "hotel type" sundries and dish soap would have been nice, even though shopping is always on the to do list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

This home was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room, a lovely warm pool, lots of bathrooms and a great kitchen. The owners were great-went out of their way to make things perfect. Grand-daughters loved the "Magic gate"!The only thing we would suggest is to count on buying a few items, like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundrey soap as these were limited.

Looking out at the snowy trees lining my yard, I wish our stay at the Swany's villa did not have to end so soon! We would like to thank our gracious hosts, Raj and Sonu for sharing their lovely vacation villa at Watersong. The spacious floor plan and immaculate condition of the home was more than we could hope for. The individual bedroom suites were a luxury, especially for our two teenage sons! We relaxed in the heated pool and spa daily, and took advantage of the wonderful, clean workout facility at the clubhouse. The villa's proximity to Disney and local golf courses was perfect, allowing us to return to our peaceful retreat (and some amazing wildlife around the Watersong grounds!) at the end of each day. Special thanks to Frank from the maintenance company for his kindness and prompt attention to our inquiries during our visit. The week in Davenport left us feeling rejuvenated and prepared to head into the final months of this cold Michigan winter. We had the opportunity to spend a week at the Swamy's villa. The villa is warm and inviting, and Sonu and Raj are great hosts. Our stay was simply great. The rooms are very large, comfortable and clean. Being minutes away from Orlando's theme parks, makes planning out activities very convenient. The bedrooms are nice, with private baths in each. The kitchen is fully functional with all utilities and loaded with great cookware items. The heated pool and spa was great and relaxing. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, couldn't have been any better. We would absolutely love to go back!

This house has a wonderful decor and a wide open floor plan that allows you personal space if you so desire. The pool area with spa is a perfect place to unwind and the woods behind the pool give you the privacy that you desire. I have rented over 25 houses in the past from Florida, Outer Banks, Hilton Head to Cape Cod and I would put this house in my top 5.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in March. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children. We have stayed at villas in Florida on 7 separate occasions and this was by far the best. The location is great only 10 mins to the Interstate 4, various restaurants and publix supermarket .The villa it self is very spacious. It is equipped with absolutely everything; the owner even provided beach towels. The bedrooms were en-suite, all the beds were very comfy and televisions were also provided in them. Our children loved the large pool and the Jacuzzi. The games room was very well equipped with pool table, table football and darts, which kept the children (and adults) entertained. Overall we had a most enjoyable stay here and I would definitely recommend staying here. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Our family of 13 stayed at this beautiful house during our spring break. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. We came with 4 teenagers and a 5 yr old. All loved the pool and played in it endlessly. It was wonderful to come back to after a hot day at the parks! The house is huge. We never felt like there were actually 13 of us at once! Was nice to have the kitchen to eat breakfast before heading out and to cook dinners. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return. "Great Vacation with Family"
We've rented in the same Watersong community for the past 4 years but the first time at this house. It was the best for kitchen facilities and quality of indoor furniture. It was great value for the money - this home was less expensive than identical houses in the area. The pool heat extra charge was worth it as the hot tub was great. The house is big and gave everyone in an extended family a place to hang out. All bedrooms have an ensuite which is a bonus. The BBQ was a great addition. The only complaint we had was with the outdoor pool deck furniture. No cushions for furniture designed for it and limited pieces for a home big enough to sleep 14.

This Villa was the perfect location for our vacation, because our 16 year old daughter and her team were playing in a Volleyball Tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando. The kitchen was huge and well equipped for cooking meals. The property was clean and well-maintained. All the kids enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of shopping nearby, and many restaurants. I would recommend this property to a relative or friend. Only recommendation is a larger T.V. in family room for large groups to watch movies. Thank you Raj for making our stay a wonderful experience. I plan on returning next year.

First off, I have to say the owners and property manager for this home were wonderful. They kept in touch to make sure everything was perfect for us! The house is beautiful and well furnished to accomodate our party of 12. The house was so big that when we were there with everyone it was still as peaceful as if the adults went on vacation without the kids! The kids spent a lot of time in the game room and in their own rooms when not busy swimming. We did bring our Wii and PS3 with us too and this also kept them busy. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. We had no problem cooking and cleaning up after 8 kids with everything available. There was also a washer and dryer conveniently located in the upstairs hall so we didn't have to pack as much since we just did laundry every few days. The beds were very comfortable and there were bathrooms galore! At night we'd wind down at the screened in pool. A huge treat for us being from New Hampshire! Just a 15 to 20 minute ride to Disney and only 5 minutes to Publix. Walmart, Target, and a bunch more stores only 10 minutes away. Super convenient location and a beautiful area. We plan on staying again next year! No more hotels for us. From now on we stay at Swamy Villa!

Thanks Raj for having the home clean and ready for our arrival. The pictures and the description of the home are exactly as advertised. Everyone thought the home was spacious and tastefully decorated. We recommend a larger t.v. in the family room for large groups to watch movies. The location was ideal, far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the action that the younger ones never got bored waiting to get to our destinations. The provided linens and towels were enough even for large families such as ours. I would recommend future guests take blankets or throws for cold-natured guests.

On behalf of our family, we would like to thank you very much for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at your home.
Your home was surprisingly large, and absolutely beautifully decorated, offering all the conveniences we could imagine.
The 5 bedrooms were all large, quiet and private with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Being a father to four girls, this was a real blessing.
The convenient pool/hot tub was perfect for us to swim & relax without worrying about the kids.
The resort community of Watersong was pleasantly quite, clean and secure, and the people made us feel we were very much at home.
We took advantage of the resort clubhouse facilities (workout center, and internet café, etc) and the staff was eager to help and provided us recommendations on local restaurants etc.
We visited the Disney Theme Parks every second day, the location of your home was just what we were looking for âconveniently near by, but well situated away from all the clutter and noiseâ.
We definitely plan on returning next summer.
