Disney Palms Villa is located within the tranquil and secure gated community of The Reserve at Town Center.

The villa has two master suites and is perfect for two or extended families. It is laid out with the whole family in mind as the children 's bedrooms are separate from the relaxing family room so when the children call it a night the adults can still enjoy the rest of their evening.

There is a large south facing pool which gets sun all day long (and all year long) with a covered lanai area where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the conservation area, with lake just beyond. The pool is extremely child friendly with a netted safety guard and direct access to one of the master bathrooms (ideal for little ones).

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and every utensil you will need.

We have a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience. For all the 'big kids' we have a new games room with pool table, safe dart board and plenty of board games including poker.

The Family Room is equipped with a new 32 inch LCD Flat Screen TV with digital cable, DVD, iPod docking station, and Playstation 2. We have also installed a new computer with 21 inch monitor with FREE high speed wireless internet, to keep you in touch with home! We have also added a laser printer, so you can print off any discount coupons for shopping and golf.

Each master suite has a new LCD TV, full bathroom, walk in wardrobe, hairdryer and hair straighteners. Master suite I also has a dvd and video player.

There are a further three bedrooms:
Double with TV, video player and hairdryer. Two twin rooms with Disney TV & DVD, and more unusual features like a talking Mickey Mouse lamp, and animated Disney toys.

If you have young children, there's no need to bring the 'kitchen sink' with you! As, we have a high chair, crib, stroller to use free of charge.

Area Description

Location

Our villa is located in the small gated community of The Reserve at Town Center Resort. The 94 villas that make up The Reserve are finished in soft pastel colours, and the roads are lined with palm trees, to create that holiday feeling as soon as you drive through the gates.

The Reserve is directly south of Walt Disney World, in a very elegant area, just off Lake Wilson Road. Less than 2 miles from junction 58 of the I4, we are just round the corner from the fantastic Reunion Resort and less than 2 miles from Champions Gate Golf Resort.

Lake Wilson Road is a quieter road than other more well known community roads around the Disney area and this can be a real bonus when getting to WDW in peak seasons. We are genuinely less than 10 minutes away from the Magic!



Local Supermarkets/Restaurants

Within a two mile radius of the villa, you will find the Champions Gate Plaza with a Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy and other conveniences to meet your vacation needs. There are several restaurants including Chilis, La Crepe, Pepperoni, Zen, Subway, McDonalds and China One.

If you drive up Lake Wilson Road (approx 6-7 minutes) you will find a plentiful supply of restaurants on the 192, including TGI Fridays, Outback Steakhouse, Giordano 's, Bob Evans, Perkins, Black Angus, IHOP, Shoneys, Ponderosa and Sizzler to name a few.

The nearest Walmart is situated on the junction of 192 and US 27 and is only 15 minutes away

The new Ovation Retail Mall (less than a mile away) will be completed by summer 08. It will include a flagship Publix, Kohls, several restaurants, shops, a bank and gas station. A CVS pharmacy is on the opposite corner to the Ovation Mall, and has several small shops, small take out Pizza Hut and Dunkin Donuts.

The new Posner Park Retail Center (about 6 miles away) at the junction of US27 and I4, is due to open between Spring and Fall 2008. The first phase will house some well known stores such as Target, J. C. Penney, Belk, Dicks Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Staples, Ross, Michael 's, PetsMart and Books-A-Million. In subsequent phases, Posner Park will offer a lifestyle centre with high-end boutiques, destination restaurants, entertainment and cultural venues and pedestrian parks. An extensively landscaped core plaza with fountains and decorative hardscape elements will be in the midst of these establishments.

Reserve at Town Center has two lakes, where you can fish or just enjoy the view!
The community is gated, so is quite safe for bike rides or jogging.
