Our stunning executive family home new summer 2005 and offers over 2100 square fee of fully air conditioned living space which is perfect to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort.
There are two large master bedrooms with on suite bathrooms.
There are also two twin rooms with a third bathroom.
All bedrooms have ample closet space.
Our bright and spacious luxury kitchen has all the modern
appliances that you might require along with a washing machine and dryer.
Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and there is a dinning area for 8 people.
The lounge area features a large t/v with DVD player and a 22inch computer with internet and free calls US,UK,Canada.And has sliding doors that look out onto the pool area and spacious lanai and over sized deck.
The pool features underwater lights for night time and can be heated during the cold months at additional cost.
Pool furniture sits outside on the lanai for you to enjoy alfresco dining or taking it easy in the Florida sun.
There is a games room with pool,air hockey,darts football table.
The community also offers a tennis court child's play area and a further swimming pool and changing room with toilets.
Cot and high chair, stroller available free of charge upon request.
Also the house has smoke alarms and child's safety net around the pool.
Pool towels supplied for use around the pool.

We have visited Florida for many years and Villa Ararbella has to be the best vacation villa that we have leased in Florida and upon arrival we found it very clean and had every thing needed for our month`s vacation. Home away from home .It is situated in a very clean gated community and very quiet area.The management and owners are awesome people and we are looking forward to leaseing again in the near future. This was a family holiday, with 8 of us staying in total and there was plenty of room for everyone. Pool table was well used every day and great for all ages. Very clean and all facilities available at the villa, plus supermarket/petrol station and restaurants just on the door stop to use quickly and easily. Secure feel in the gated area and villa in easy access to get to all the parks and for shopping. Villa is everything you would expect from your own home, which is a must for me when away.

We are regular visitors to Florida and always stay in a villa, and I have got to say that this is by far one of the best that we have experienced. Location is great, very easy to get to and only a short trip to all parks. Plenty of supermarkets and a wide variety of places to eat nearby.The villa was superb, clean,spacious and exactly as described on the website. All the facilities that you need are there, great pool and the use of free wifi was really useful. The management company are really friendly and helpful should you need them. Communication with the owners was always good, very helpful and plenty of information supplied before the holiday, a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend this villa and plan to book it again for our next holiday should it be available.

Our 3rd visit to Florida and probably the nicest and most conveniently located property we have stayed in. House was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Easy drives to both Disney and Universal. Pool and deck area were brilliant and the girls were in the pool every day. This house was beyond our expectation! Very clean, close to Disney and awesome swimming pool! Grocery store is 3 min. away, Wal-mart super centre is within 15 min. We stayed Dec 2011 and did use swimming pool everyday! Kids loved it! Plus owner - Simon gave us prompt reply with accurate information all the time for any questions I asked. Highly recommended!

Hi We stayed in villa Ararbella in may 2011, and speaking from our experience having stayed in a few villas on this subdivision, this villa is the one that ticked all the boxes the pool and management being the jewel in the crown, it is in a good location on a gated community and we can't wait for our next visit. good job Simon. thanks roger&jackie

We stayed from the 30th of april 'till the 14 of may in Villa Arabella. In one word : FANTASTIC ! A great house with everything you can wish for. We went to Orlando to visit Disneyworld and we did. As you can imagine, this is very tiring. The house was a haven for us. While the kids were palying in the pool, we could rest and relax. At other moments they played in the gameroom. The beds were great, the bathrooms fantastic and...and... Well everything was great !! We would recomment this villa to everyone we know.

We just got back from Orlando; after an 8 days vacation, while we stayed at Villa Arabella. Everything was exactly as advertised and it did meet all our expectations. Very clean, cozy, the pool was great and we all had a wonderful time. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. It is much easier to travel with kids, when you rent such a beautiful villa. We will definitely go back, it does fit our needs more than a resort. I highly recommended to everybody … you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful house with an excellent layout: two master bedrooms with walkouts to the pool, a walkout directly from a washroom, as well as the living room. Well maintained, everything in great condition and located in a secure, quiet neighbourhood close to the attractions. PC with internet access and TVs in the bedrooms were appreciated by the kids (and adults). Highly recommended!

Thank you Simon for renting us your fantastic property resulting in an amazing holiday. We have always used hotels in the past, but never again, the villa was spacious, luxurious and the location ideal. My three teenage sons loved the well equiped games room and 'obviously' the internet access, giving the rest of us the peace and quiet to take advantage of the beautiful pool area. The villa was spotless and everything we needed was provided along with lots of extremely useful information about the area. We would definately rent the villa again.

Our stay in your home was great. It was spacious and beautiful. There were no hidden surprises. When there was a problem, your management person (Gerdhert) was prompt and helpful. The pool was a refreshing treat after spending the hot June days in the parks and we felt spoiled by the lushous bathrooms. I would recommend it to our friends. We would rent from this owner again.

Julie and Simon, Thank you for making your beautiful home available for our vacation. Not only was it tastefully decorated, it was well-equipped with many amenities,e.g. computer, Wii, heated pool, and game room.Although we weren't able to enjoy the pool for the last 2 days of our vacation due to a malfunction with the heating system/fan, we did spend many enjoyable hours soaking up the sun in the private, screened in lanai! We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to rent your place again in the future.
The pool was used a great deal and we also enjoyed tennis,billards,airhockey,and a varity of other activites while at the complex.We ventured to down town Disney and to Celebration,among other trips around the area. Since we wanted to make the best possible use of all that your place provided, we chose not to take in other shows or entertainment opportunities-preferring instead to spend as much time as we could with our children and our 17-month grandson.
It was truly a memorable week and we'll reflect on it many times as we look at many photos we took during our stay.
Once again, Thank you very much for making your wonderful house available to us.We loved our time at The Manor and hope to visit again.
