Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This Exquisitely designed two story,3100sqft,luxurious vacation villa is in the lovely tranqull community of Bella Toscana. Construction was completed in October 2007 and the villa opened for business in 2008. On the second level of this lovely home,the main feature is a customized home theater with flat screen wall-mounted television including digital cable and six channel surround sound for your viewing enjoyment. Relaxation time in this lovely room is enhanced with plush individual theater seating for six. The attached garage has been converted into a game room with air-hockey, billiards, and ping-pong. Your own private screened patio featuring sparkling heated pool with a jacuzzi, BBQ grill,and lounge chairs, completes your own outdoor entertainment center. This two story home has 4 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 guest bath. The master en-suite is upstairs featuring a king size bed and sitting area. Also,on the upper level is a second bedroom with a queen size bed,a third bedroom with twin beds and the 4th bedroom with full and twin bed. All the bedrooms has there own walk in closet. There is also a sleep sofa in the library. As you enter the villa's lower level you will find a formal living,and dining room,a full sized kitchen,a breakfast nook,family room,library, pantry,and a laundry room. Free internet access is also provided.

This great vacation home is located approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World,15 minutes from Universal Studio,Wet and Wild, and near many other major attractions. With easy access off 1-4(Ext.58) at Champion Gate and highway 27 at Ronald Reagan Parkway. This perfect location is the hub of central Florida, quiet suburb but minutes away from attractions and in the heart of beautiful central Florida. This hub is the starting point to all of the Sunshine State beaches, fantastic gardens including Cypress Gardens, space shuttle launches NASA, sports complexes, spring training camps for the major leagues, Nascar at Datona International Raceway, thoroughbred and standard bred horse farms as well as racetracks, the most fantastic fishing from championship bass to bone and deep sea fishing, golf, preservation areas including the famous Everglades, lakes, water and jet skiing, speed boat racing,rivers, home of the Seminole Indian tribe, forts, historic St. Augustine and an array of beautiful wildlife, plus every major attraction imaginable.
Nearby is a great little shopping center at Champion's Gate. There is a cancellation charge of $100. There will be no refund on cancellation 14 days or less if we are unable to re-rent the villa for the time period canceled. Refundable damage security deposit is $300. Gas is provided to heat the spa at an extra cost. There is a cleaning fee charged to guest staying seven days or less
   
• Other Fees: To reserve this home,simply check the availability calender and fill out the inquiry form. You can also call us to help with the booking. The initial deposit is required to secure booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent immediately on receipt of payment via your preferred contact method. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed home. Everything was very clean & very comfortable. It is a very queit neighborhood, so you can be outside by the pool & just relax. We would highly recommend this place to call home. We will be back as soon as we can. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there. Sorry, the site would not let me give a rating, so I will Here. We loved this home. I rented with my girls who were there for AAU volleyball and we brought our best friend and her girls. We absolutely adored the home and was as comfortable as we would get in any five star accommodations. Rohian and Beverly have really gone the extra miles to make their home inviting adn pleasurable. The girls loved the theatre (we hardly got time in there). The beds are always how I rate if I will come back. I slept so well, it was hard to get out of bed in time for competition! We have been renting for several years, trying to find the right home. This one is it!!! Rohian and Beverly, thanks for being top notched hosts! See you next year!

Having spent 3 months in this home, we can honestly say the accommodations were exceptional. The house was very well furnished with the highest quality of goods. We have stayed in other rentals, but none can compare to Dee Palace. Rohian and Beverly have thought of everything. We highly recommend this property to anyone, whether for a week, a month, or more. You will not be disappointed!

This is the best home buy far we have ever rented, Rohian (Owner)went the extra mile for us They made the arrangements hassle free. Close to Disney great neighbourhood,Would like to keep this one a secret for ourself but you could not ask for more. This will be the one we rent for our next trip. My folks also stoped in for a few days and they will also be renting this home as well in the future as they could not get over how great this home is. This home is outstanding for comfort and close to all Disney parks and other attractions. I have rented various villas in the Orlando area for a few yrs. I have to say that Deepalace is the most enjoyable,relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The owners were wonderful and caring and take the time for the little extras you may not get in other villas. The house is in a perfect location, close to everything & absolutely beautiful, more comfortable beds than any 5* hotel or villa I have visited. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, so much, my 18 yr old commented on this too. I cant say enough about this villa and the owners. They made the arrangements hassle free and easy to locate too... I definitely will rent this villa again in the future and cannot wait to return! My son & I cannot thank you enough for everything.. Your place is beautiful! Jennifer- Canada
