On the second level of this lovely home, the main feature is a customized mini home theater with flat screen wall-mounted television including digital cable and six channel surround sound for your viewing enjoyment. Relaxation time in this lovely room is enhanced with plush individual theater seating for six. The attached garage has been converted into a game room with air-hockey, billiards, and ping-pong. Your own private screened patio featuring sparkling heated pool with a jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs, completes your own outdoor entertainment center. This two story home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 guest bath. The master en-suite is upstairs featuring a king size bed and sitting area. Also, on the upper level is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a third bedroom with twin beds and the 4th bedroom with full and twin bed. All the bedrooms have there own TV, and walk in closet. There is also a sleep sofa in the library. As you enter the villa's lower level you will find a formal living, and dining room, a full sized kitchen, a breakfast nook, family room, library, pantry, and a laundry room. Free internet access and a X-box360 game console is also provided.

This place is everything it said it was and more! My kids had a blast in the pool. This place provided everything need to have a great holiday, even a XBox! Lots of room to relax and close to all amenities! The only problem was the time went by too fast lol! Would definately stay here again!

A great comfortable, beautifly decorated, private place to stay. It has all the feel of being at home. It has amenities such as a pool; patio with grill; in home theater; tvs in every room; all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could want; washer and dryer; garage, X-box, table games ie. table tennis, air hockey, pool; toys for children etc. And we were ony a short distance from the major attractions. It was really great to come "home" to this relaxing environment. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to try and stay there again. We recommend Dee's Palace highly.

Staying at DeePalace was like being at our own home. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation without all the hustle and bustle of a hotel or resort. The hot tub, pool, game room and theatre room were superb!!! March madness in the theatre room was the highlight for this basketball family. Little things that were missing from other places we stayed at were at this location....such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap and dryer sheets, toiletries and plenty of towels!! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at DeePlace the last week of October in 2010. This was a family vacation primarily centering around Disney World. It was our second time in 8 years that we have rented a vacation house and DeePlace was spectacular. DeePlace is located about 10 to 15 miniutes from Disney and is an easy drive into the parks. The neighborhood is a nice quiet area located close to a variety of resturaunts, grocery stores, ect. The house is nicely decorated and is very spacious. We have three children and each had their own bedroom with TV's. The Master Bedroom was huge with a good sized bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a seperate shower, and an enourmous walk in closet. The Theater Room was nice and although we were on the go quite a bit we were able to enjoy it and watched the Packers beat the Viking! The downstairs has an elegantly decorated Living Room and Dining Room, a spacious Family Room and a Den. The Kitchen was stocked with everything one could need and the blender worked great for making Daiquiris. The Pool was clean and solar heated which kept the water at a comfortable temperature. If I was renting this house during cooler weather I would pay the exta fee and have the pool heater on. The owners were easy to work with and all the trading of information and contracts were done over the internet. Once the house was vacated the security deposit was promply returned. Overall it was a great vacation and I would highly recommend DeePlace to anyone traveling to the Disney area.

We have just returned from our stay in this wonderful villa and we can't say enough about it! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It is in a safe, quiet residential area about a 20 minute drive to the Disney entrances, perfect for us because we wanted to escape the crowds after the long days. In the evenings and on non-Disney days, the pool was a big hit with our teens/young adults, as was the games room and the 200+ available channels on all 6 TVs! The mini-cinema upstairs was a great added touch as well. The owners were extremely accomodating about our early check-in (we arrived in the middle of the night). We would not hesitate to rent this amazing villa again and definitely recommend it as your Disney/golf home away from home.

Mr. BOWES has went out of his way to give any one staying here a wonderful and comfortable vacation home.It was everthing and more we expected from looking at this web site.The neighborhood hood was very quiet and in a very nice area. It deserves a 10 across the board.I would stay here again it is just that good.

We had a great vacation in Orlando and to no small part due to the wonderful home of the Bowes. The pool, the home cinema with the great loungers, the games in the garage were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Very nice and helpful contact with the owners. Would highly recommend this to everybody!

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed home. Everything was very clean & very comfortable. It is a very queit neighborhood, so you can be outside by the pool & just relax. We loved this home. I rented with my girls who were there for AAU volleyball and we brought our best friend and her girls. We absolutely adored the home and was as comfortable as we would get in any five star accommodations. Rohian and Beverly have really gone the extra miles to make their home inviting adn pleasurable. The girls loved the theatre (we hardly got time in there). The beds are always how I rate if I will come back. I slept so well, it was hard to get out of bed in time for competition! We have been renting for several years, trying to find the right home. This one is it!!! Rohian and Beverly, thanks for being top notched hosts! See you next year!

Having spent 3 months in this home, we can honestly say the accommodations were exceptional. The house was very well furnished with the highest quality of goods. We have stayed in other rentals, but none can compare to Dee Palace. Rohian and Beverly have thought of everything. We highly recommend this property to anyone, whether for a week, a month, or more. You will not be disappointed!

This is the best home buy far we have ever rented, Rohian (Owner)went the extra mile for us They made the arrangements hassle free. Close to Disney great neighbourhood,Would like to keep this one a secret for ourself but you could not ask for more. This will be the one we rent for our next trip. My folks also stoped in for a few days and they will also be renting this home as well in the future as they could not get over how great this home is. My wife and I have rented many homes on the West Coast of Florida and this is the first time we have rented in this area. This home is outstanding for comfort and close to all Disney parks and other attractions. I have rented various villas in the Orlando area for a few yrs. I have to say that Deepalace is the most enjoyable,relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The owners were wonderful and caring and take the time for the little extras you may not get in other villas. The house is in a perfect location, close to everything & absolutely beautiful, more comfortable beds than any 5* hotel or villa I have visited. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, so much, my 18 yr old commented on this too. I cant say enough about this villa and the owners. They made the arrangements hassle free and easy to locate too...
