A large 3 bedroom villa located in Aviana. When you walk through the door you are greated by the first family and dining area, behind that is the fully equipped kitchen and dining table and also the family room with TV and DVD player. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and 3 bathroom to create 2 master suites. The first master has a king bed with TV and a large en suite and the secound master has a queen bed and en suite. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a games room for that extra entertainment.
A great feature about this villa is the privacy from the pool area as you look out to woodlands. The pool area has ample sitting and bathing areas and there is a private pool to cool off and relax in after a day at the attractions.
While staying at the Aviana resort, guests may use the club house facilities which include a community pool & spa, gameroom, vollyball, internet and a childrens play area

Aviana is located about 15 minutes from Disney. Seaworld and Universal are about a 20-25 minute drive and the I4 is just 5 minutes away which will take you to the attractions and also to the Atlantic and Golf coast. The 192 is just 10 minutes drive which is packed with its shops, restaurants and atractions. Golf, shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away and there is horseriding close by.
