Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

The villa is situated on a quarter acre end plot with an open outlook.
It is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated and furnished to an exeptionally high standard and contains a lounge with three, three seater sofas, coffee tables, video cabinet with dvd and cable television supplying 100 channels onto a 52 inch LCD
The master bedroom has an en-suite with seperate toilet and additional dressing area
A wallmounted 32 inch LCD television is fitted for additional comfort
A wireless internet connection is provided free of charge
The double bedroom has en-suite
The twin bedrooms share the third bathroom
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience
The lounge/dinette contains a table that comfortably seats eight
The double garage takes two cars
The large patio area is south facing and has a heated(optional extra)extra large pool, 31x16ft and is furnished a table and eight chairs, 4 sunloungers and towels are supplied
An additional external shower facility is supplied
The pool is cleaned weekly and there is a maid service between rentals.

No pets of any description are allowed in the villa

The Loma Vista estate lies between Interstate 4 and US27 and is a 10 minute drive from Disney and a 2 minute drive to Championsgate Omni Golf and Leisure centre designed and owned by Greg Normam
The course is to PGA championship standard and is a must for all golfers staying in the Davenport area
It is in an ideal location for visiting all the Orlando attractions yet quiet and peaceful to retreat to after a days activity at the theme parks
Shopping and Restuarants are situated within a two minute drive at Championsgate
Attractions and an endless number of restuarants can be found on th US 192 which is a 10 minute drive from the villa
