Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

A beautiful villa with a large pool,spa, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Located along US1792, within 3 minutes of I4. Only 15min's from Walt Disney World parks.Local golf is just 3 minutes away. Spacious, bright and very comfortable, this beautifully furnished villa is located on the gated resort of Watersong, overlooking conservation to the rear. With only a 15 minute drive to Disney's entrance, it is an ideal getaway.
There is an outside kitchen on the deck (built in gas grill and sink) with large pool and spa
Inside, the open plan living/dining area is bright and spacious with large sofa and a formal dining area The kitchen, where you will find well-stcked cupboards also has an island with stools for informal dining

There are 4 large, bright bedrooms with closets. There are TVs in the king & queen rooms. The King master suite and bathroom have pool access and all rooms have ceiling fans. The twin room uses the family bathroom and the queen room and second twin share a bathroom
All the bedding /towels are provided.
Games room has pool table, foosball and ice hockey games.
The pool area is large and we have provided sun loungers, chairs and large table for your use. Watersong resort benefits from a fitness centre, clubhouse, children's play area and resort pool area.
It is guard gated and very secure

Area Information

Just a 5 minute drive from I4 exit 58 and 10-15 minutes away from Disney

The local area of Champions Gate has a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. Local golf courses are plenty and all within a 3 minute - 15 minute drive away.

US192 is a 10 minute drive and here you will find an array of eating places, shopping and leisure facilities.

Excellent Maintained Home!

We had the best time ever! Great gated community, extremely clean home. Pool and Spa were the cherry on top! Great location for the parks, easy access into home - we arrived at Midnight and had no problem accessing community and home. All the extras were a welcomed touch. We will never stay in a hotel again. Can not wait to rent this home again.
