Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
This 5 Star Executive vacation home is perfectly located in the exclusive Solana resort-style gated community, only a few miles from Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and within less then 5 minutes drive to some of the most famous golf courses in the region.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms(2 en-suite) and is especially designed to provide the best vacation ever. We hope to exceed the requirements of the most exigent guest with a spacious open floor plan, an upgraded furniture package, kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as comfortable and luxurious pool lounges.
The tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooks the pool and has a King size bed with memory foam mattress, an alarm clock radio, an 19" LCD HDTV and DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space. A pack-n-play baby bed is provided for your convenience.
There is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser and mirror, an alarm clock radio, a flat panel HDTV and a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, an alarm clock radio, a flat panel HDTV and a DVD player.
The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a third bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower. Hair dryer available here also.
In the den, there is a double flip-flop sofa sleeper, a leather storage bench with 2 rocker chairs, as well as a 26" HDTV with a PlayStation 2 game console and 12 PS2 video games.
In the kitchen alcove there is a computer with a large flat panel monitor, which offers FREE UNLIMITED WIRED AND WIRELESS FIOS INTERNET access. The computer had a CD/DVD drive and games also.
There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
For younger guests, there is a stroller, a high chair, a pack-n-play baby crib, and for the toddlers there is a toddler bed-rail which can be put on any of the beds. Around the pool area, there is a child security fence and pool toys for everyone to enjoy, and all our doors have child safety locks.
After a full day in parks, relax in the heated sparkling pool or get a massage in the bubbling spa. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the five recliner chairs with ottomans and a chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There are also two snack tables for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day.(works only when the heat is on)
Villa is located just minutes away from some of the most popular restaurants and shopping malls in the area, and less than 10 minutes ride to Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios/MGM).
It has easy accessibility to other wonderful Floridian attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of Adventures, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Bush Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, to name a few.
World renowned golf courses are within a 5 minutes driving distance. It is also located at less than 1 hour drive from the most popular beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Golf of Mexico.

Since you are not there to read your guest book, I thought I should let you know that we're back in Miami and everything was terrific! Your house is beautiful, and extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay there.
Everything was super - the pool table was a nice addition, the bedrooms were clean and beautifully furnished and the beds were sooooo comfortable(not something to take for granted!) - Thank you again.

We arrived back in Philly last night around 8 due to being delayed b/c of the storms. I just wanted to thank you very much for the accommodations. Your house is beautiful and was very convenient to the parks and shopping, and your communication and the fact that it was very easy to get in touch with you was wonderful.
Also, I know you called on Sunday and left word that someone would be by to maintenance the pool, which they did.
All in all, we would definitely like to stay there again if we return to Florida.

I first want to say YOUR HOME IS BEAUTIFUL; your attention to detail is above reproach. Your personal phone call, while I was going through my decision-making made all the difference in the world. I really think I made a new friend and it’s always better to do business with people you feel comfortable with. As a first time renter of vacation homes, you answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and it was a pleasure to rent from you and your management team.
The home was large and spacious. There were a total of 11 people in our group and plenty of room. The children enjoyed the pool/ Jacuzzi and game room, and the adults enjoyed the children being entertained. While we cooked on the grill. Your Villa came with everything we could ask for and some, even down to the wine corkscrew LOL. All of the bedrooms had a real personal touch and the way you decorated them says a lot about your taste in quality. The master bedroom was first class, the walk-in shower and closet were a plus. I’m still in love with your mattress in fact my wife is shopping for one now.
My party and I have been telling everyone back home that we will never stay in a hotel again when we come to Florida ….we will look for our new friend Cristina.

The house was great. Loved the games + TV area. Loved NO TVs in the kids rooms. Loved PC + WIFI too. This felt like home away from home, even when it rained we had loads to do. I prefer this home to the one we had in Solana last year. If we are back, we'll be back to you.
Oh, & the clubhouse was much better this year, more organized activities - however, if we knew about them in advance, this would help us to plan better.
Overall we had a ball!

Villa Alexandra was the perfect place for our family of two parents with several "adult" children. There were plenty of bedrooms for each. The house was immaculate as well as very tastefully decorated and well equipped with every item necessary to make our stay comfortable, right down to the dining table already set for dinner! I would highly recommend Villa Alexandra for any family of all age groups. The location is convenient to all attractions and shopping. The host was very acomodating with information, directions, and even called after our arrival to make sure we were satisfied. I don't think I will ever stay in a hotel again when I visit the Orlando area.

What a pleasure it is to arrive at your vacation accommodation and actually find that it is:
Clean and tidy; a well designed home with attractive and tastefully decorated furnishings that match; a large and very spacious house with high ceilings that has more than ample storage space; really cold air-conditioning; fun decor for children; a beautiful and very clean swimming pool with lights and a spa; wonderfully close to everything; superb location to major attractions; good shopping close by; lots of games and activities already in the home; lots of little extras added to the house for our convenience... amenities in abundance and televisions galore; a very quiet neighborhood/resort; and most importantly an owner whose only concern is for her guests to be completely comfortable and satisfied!
I have traveled much throughout my life to many countries and have rarely found a hostess/landlord as friendly and courteous and helpful as Cristina is.
What a great time we're already having and a lovely time we're looking forward to.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.... this is great!!! Anyone who ever stays here is sure to have a fabulous time!!
