Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom comprises of shower, bath, his and hers vanity units, toilet and linen closet. All bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and large mirrors.

Living room one - 3 setter settee, 2 setter settee and 1 armchair, coffee table, 2 side tables + 27” colour TV.
Den/Living Room Two - Queen Sleeper Sofa, coffee table and 1 side table.

Dining Room – Dining room table and chairs seating for 6.

Nook – Dinette Table and chairs seating for 4.

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need in a fully fitted kitchen. Full size cooker, built in microwave oven, large fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and cold-water tap, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, kettle, toaster. coffee maker and lots more.

Laundry Room - Large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner with access to a double garage.

Pool – The covered Patio has one table, two sun lounges and four chairs, pool heat is available for the colder months at an additional charge.

The holiday was brilliant and your villa was superb. The villa was just what we wanted and very homely and had everything that we needed. It was also a bonus having the free phone calls. I can't think of anything you could do to improve it as it was perfect for us.

We were very impressed by Tuscan Ridge and would heartly recommend it to friends and we actually looked at two properties in the development for purchase ourselves such was our satisfaction with location and the privacy of the development. We enjoyed staying at your villa and enjoyed the space and abundance of natural light throughout the property. The property was furnished to a high standard and had all modern conveniences - in fact our kids actually preferred to stay in the villa on many days rather than travel to local attractions.
