Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need in a fully fitted kitchen. Full size cooker, built in microwave oven, large fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and cold-water tap, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, kettle, toaster. coffee maker and lots more.
Laundry Room - Large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner with access to a double garage.
Pool – The covered Patio has one table, two sun lounges and four chairs, pool heat is available for the colder months at an additional charge.

THINGS TO DO AT HELENCIA VILLA TUSCAN RIDGE, FLORIDA
It would be impossible to run out of things to do from Helencia Villa self catering Tuscan Ridge, regardless of how long you stayed. Orlando is a global playground, with a collection of the world’s most famous theme parks all located within a 15 minute drive of a luxury villa in Tuscan Hills Resort, Orlando. The Walt Disney World Resort is the most popular, thrilling children and adults alike. Sea World, Universal Studios, Water Mania, Wet n’Wild, and Gatorland are all within 20 minutes, whilst a little further lie the attractions of the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens, providing vast levels of entertainment for every member of your family.
Helencia Villa Tuscan Ridge Resort is located just off the brightly lit US192, a large road lined with a vast array of restaurants, shops and amusements, which connects the areas airports, attractions, theme parks, golf courses and gated communities. There are four golf courses along US192, with the beautiful Champions Gate Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, located easily within 10 minutes of Helencia Villa Tuscan Ridge. The famous golf courses of the Highland Reserve and Southern Dunes are also well within 10 minutes, and as long as you can provide a handicap certificate, you will have no trouble in arranging a tee off time, as the volume of courses in the region mean that there are never crowded fairways.

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Had everything you could need and since my daughter lived a short 5 minutes away, was a perfect location for us. I love to cook so I did every evening. The pool was very clean as was the house. Hope to stay there again this year. This place is perfect for those who like a quiet and restful vacation area. The weather was perfect all week (in the 80s). I was sad to go home as I felt like this was our new vacation home.

Enjoyed our stay in your lovely villa. This villa is very spacious and comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed. The pool was lovely and warm coming back late after golf and the auto doors on the garage made a change from our previous visits to other villas. The welcome pack was very nice and much appreciated on arrival. We would recommend this villa to anyone that is traveling to the states, the location is good and basically we have nothing bad to say at all so if we come back to the states we will be in touch.

We just spent two weeks at this villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable and clean. It is fully equipped all you need are your personal items. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the pool is an added bonus. We felt at home here SO MUCH BETTER THEN A HOTEL!!! We will definitly stay here again and tell friends and family about this great villa. Thanks so much we had a great time.

I has the most wounderful vacation in Helencia Villa at were we stay. The house were clean, near of everything: parks , malls , restaurants, etc. I we considered to go again we will renta again the same house. The owner lovely. We recommend always to rent a vacation house by homeaway

The place had plenty of space and my daughter had a great time swimming in the pool, as you know right now in Canada it's a little too cold for that right now.

Our stay at your Villa was very Pleasant.
The villa is lovely, nice and peaceful so we were able to relax on the days we stayed at the villa. It is well situated for easy access to I4, there is a publix supermarket, restaurants etc. just down the road and only 10mins to the nearest Target.
The pool was great and relaxing. Lovely community felt safe with plenty to see and do. Great communication from the owner starting with the day we requested our dates.
I would recommend this Villa to anyone that is looking to Vacation in Central Florida.

Tuscan Ridge is a quiet, beautiful and prestigious community with a mix of both residential and vacation homes. Located just off US Hwy 27, 3 miles north of I-4, the community is newly built and has the villas set on generous grounds. The south border is overlooking Orange groves. There is also a communal tennis court and childrens play areas.

We were very impressed by Tuscan Ridge and would heartly recommend it to friends and we actually looked at two properties in the development for purchase ourselves such was our satisfaction with location and the privacy of the development. We enjoyed staying at your villa and enjoyed the space and abundance of natural light throughout the property. The property was furnished to a high standard and had all modern conveniences - in fact our kids actually preferred to stay in the villa on many days rather than travel to local attractions.
