Our villa is your home away from home! 15 Minutes from Disney and the many other Orlando area attractions, and don't forget the five world class golf courses. Great for the entire family. The villa sleeps 8 and features four bedrooms, two master suites with king beds and bath, and two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a 3rd full bathroom. The Villa includes all the comforts of home, including a fully furnished kitchen, flat screened TV's in both Master Suites complete with DVD players. The well equipped games room will keep you occupied with pool table, foosball, darts and an exercise machine that can be enjoyed by all ages. Free wireless internet and phone calls to almost anywhere in the world.

Calabay Parc is located on the US27, south-west of Orlando, south of the US192 junction and north of the Interstate 4 (I-4) junction.

Calabay Parc is ideally located for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and the Seaworld adventure parks.

Restaurants are close at hand, along the both the US192 and International Drive, as well as on the US27 itself.

The nearest golf courses are at Highlands Reserve (5 minutes away), Champions Gate (10 minutes away) and Southern Dunes (15 minutes away).

this villa was just what we wanted for our stay in florida, our son played in the russmat invitational baseball tournament and this was a perfect location being so close to hwy 4 and to so many great restaurants.if we had stayed at a nice hotel that had amenities like we had at this villa we would have paid more and had much less.i would suggest people consider staying here instead of a hotel it was a very nice place.

The Villa is beautiful and had everthing that we could have wished for! Couldn't ask for anything more. House is exactly as described and the video is accurate. Clean and spacious and very bright. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Very family friendly home. My family and I loved the house. The location was perfect. It is close enough to the area parks and everything we needed and yet not in a traffic-congested area. The kitchen was a dream to use, also the pool and spa area, and plenty of space for our family. Very comfortable. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The two master beds rooms with each their own flat screen TV and DVD was a plus. Support of the local managment company was also fast and very good. We look forward to coming back soon and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you Clive and Angela.

What a nice place to come home to at the end of the day! Loved the private, very clean pool and hot tub. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Location was perfect, only 10-15 minutes from the Disney Parks and easy access to the I-4. Great holiday and would stay here again for sure!
